Ideal for 2, my 40 sq meters studio with balcony is in a village-like area, « La Butte aux Cailles » in a paved passage with trees and birds, very quiet. Renovated by an architect in 2024, 3rd floor with elevator, the flat has a double exposure, full light, all you need to cook, a dining table and a comfy leather sofa with 2 armchair to have drinks or naps. Walk-in shower and japanese WC, and a video projector. There is a balcony with a table for 2 and a deck chair, overviewing Paris.

120 m2 apartment in brutalist style on the 7th and top floor of a modern building, like a house, it has a 150 m2 terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Located at the Volontaires Paris 15th metro station, 4 metro stations from Le Bon Marché and 5 from the Eiffel Tower, our apartment is a haven of peace nestled in a quiet street close to all shops. You will access the apartment directly by the elevator, which will take you to the top floor of the building.

A cozy living space is divided between a sleeping area with a spacious bed covered in a blue blanket and a lofted sleeping nook above. Two teal sofas and greenery create a welcoming atmosphere, while pendant lights add warmth. A small staircase leads to the loft.
