Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Fun pops of color meet designer patterns to create a vibrant aesthetic throughout this charming duplex flat. The thoughtful art pieces and modern fixtures express the true Parisian style giving each space a bold and authentic feel. You will enjoy a taste of luxury in Paris : breathtaking views on Sacré-Coeur and .... some space ! The flat is 45 sq. m. large. You can reach any part of Paris very quickly thanks to metro line 2, 4 and 12 all very close to the flat. The flat is very bright and calm.

Charmant studio de 27m2 + mezzanine 10m2, balcon avec vue sur les toits de Paris. Refait à neuf et meublé avec soin .En plein coeur de Montmartre sur une ravissante place avec cafés et restaurants en terrasse. Le quartier, très vivant et pitoresque regorge de petits commercants. A proximité immédiate du sacré coeur et de ses jardins, proche du quartier des abbesses et du marché de la rue lepic. Lignes de metro 4, 12 et 2 pour accéder rapidement aux principaux centres d'interêts parisiens.

Peaceful and private hideout at the foothill of Montmartre. This unique appartement has been home and inspiration for world famous painters, poets and film makers. Equipped with: cozy Queen-size bed, with all natural fabrics, kitchen corner, a bathroom and WC. On the small balcony you can eat or read outside and look at Paris' roofs. The mural painting is from one of Latin America’s greatest masters, Guillermo Olguin. The gifted interior designer is also your co host, Victoria Senoret.

Few steps away from Anvers metro station (3 mn walk according to Google) you'll go anywhere in Paris within few minutes! The apartment has entirely been renovated in 5 months.

Bus 85 just in front of the apartment is direct to the river and the Louvre.
