Apartment vacation rentals in Montmartre

We absolutely loved staying at Capucine’s apartment. It’s one of the rare Airbnbs that actually looks better in person than in the listing - clean, tidy, and tastefully appointed. The neighborhood is fantastic: full of great bars, restaurants, boulangeries, and shops, all within easy walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with multiple metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We felt very safe and secure, and the apartment itself was peaceful, full of natural light, and offered a lovely view of a classic Parisian street. We will happily stay here again next time in Paris!

Excellent location, east to get to with the metro close by. The studio was very clean and the view sensational. It is a little noisy on. Saturday night but that’s part of the neighbourhood experience. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

Wonderful flat with superb views, really close to emblematic places in Montmartre, but at the same time really quiet, so it was possible to relax, rest and sleep peacefully. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much, Raphäel, for sharing your lovely home with us travellers :) We felt at home and would certainly repeat our stay!

We spent a whole week in this very clean and cozy apartment of Henri. The small balcony was wonderful! The location is perfect for urban life in Paris. Easily accessible. Henri's friendly and generous manner should be emphasized. He briefed us well in advance of the trip.

what a beautiful airbnb, would absolutely stay here again! great location as it’s walkable to montmarte, train station, notre dame, etc. we loved having espresso on the balcony every morning and the shower was so nice! spotlessly clean too

I rented this apartment for my two young adult girls ages 20 and 18 for 3 nights as they traveled through France and Spain. Having been to Paris previously, they specifically wanted to stay in a place with a "neighborhood feel" and I wanted them in a safe area. In fact, there is so much to see and do right in Montmartre. From the moment I reached out, Benjamin was very proactive and answered any questions I had. Space is often tight in city apartments, especially in Europe, but this place was spacious, plenty of room for personal space even with them sharing the bed. Access to everything was super easy as there were about 4 different metro stops a short distance away. They also commented that the bakeries and restaurants in the area were good (they eat on a budget and thought it was budget friendly). In summary, don't hesitate to rent this apartment.

Many thanks to Geraud for spending time in his apartment with a very pleasant french vibe! The living room with the kitchen is simply beautifully decorated, it really lifted my spirits in the mornings) There was everything necessary for the stay and Geraud was always in touch, kindly offered a late checkout🫶🏻 p.s. I recommend the nearby bakeries Mamiche and Leonie, for coffee Noir and Caoufé and the coolest smash burgers are in Dumbo!

Fiona is an extremely responsive and attentive host and even sent me a list of tailored recommendations as well as left a bottle of welcome wine! Check-in and checkout was straightforward and easy, and I appreciated that there weren’t that many “tasks“ to be done prior to leaving the apartment. Location is very central, and only 6 to 8 minute walk from the closest metro stations. The apartment looked even better than the pictures, and was very clean. It had everything you could ever need, including an iron, a washing machine, extra blankets, and even a record player LOL! Although I didn’t really need the elevator, it’s worthy of noting that if you do take it, you have to walk up the stairs, then walk down a flight of stairs from the third floor to get into the apartment. This is something I’m highlighting for those who need it for accessibility or traveling with heavy luggage. I an definitely planning to return to this apartment the next time I visit Paris :)

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect! It’s very walkable to many great restaurants. We were within easy walking distance to a metro line as well! We were so grateful for the cards posted around the apartment for easy understanding. This truly felt like a hotel in an apartment. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here and Milena was an attentive host. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us, as was the location. The views from the balcony are very special and will be a lasting memory of our stay in Paris. There was all we needed in this area with fabulous food options and easy metro access. Merci beaucoup.

Everything was perfect, epic view from the windows, beautiful and cozy home

This is a fantastic place to stay. First- the view is amazing- sitting above the rooftops you can see what feels like the whole of Paris and the Eiffel tower clearly. Second, the apartment is so charming and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable for two adults. The decor is thoughtful and feels very bohemian French- just lovely. Finally the neighborhood is full of bustle and charm. Metro, nightlife, cafés, boutiques are all easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay in Paris and Eva's place was a big part of that!

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous Parisian apartment! The space was bright and generous, with a large, comfortable bed, separate lounge/dining area with expansive windows overlooking the vibrant streets below. The location was simply unbeatable — situated across from a little park, with Montmartre just a short stroll in one direction and the Moulin Rouge and lively Pigalle district in the other. A fantastic choice of restaurants, boulangeries & metro conveniently nearby making it the perfect base for exploring Paris. Our co-host, Nicholas, gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and went above and beyond with helpful tips and excellent local recommendations. He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and thoughtful — truly an outstanding host! We would return in a heartbeat and can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. An unforgettable Paris experience!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
