Independent cottage in a picturesque village

This independent gîte is located in the village of Nans-sous-Sainte-Anne, in the countryside. It has a furnished exterior (barbecue, deckchairs, garden table available). 1 km from the source of the Lison, it is close to various hiking trails. Lots of outdoor activities nearby (via ferrata, hiking, canoeing...). A garage and free parking is available for your vehicle. All the necessary local shops are 13 km from the cottage, in Salins-les-Bains, a spa town.

The 2 terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi heated all year round to 38°, offer an unobstructed view of a valley, the environment is calm. The Finnish grill is optional. Located between Besançon (15 min) and the Jura (20 min), the Loue Valley (10 min) and the Doubs Valley (5 min), close to Switzerland, our village is ideally located to radiate through this beautiful region.

And if you just want to relax in peace, the private island located 2 steps from your accommodation will offer you a peaceful haven where only the murmur of our beautiful Loue River will disturb your tranquility.

This wellness bubble is equipped with an outdoor heated pool from May 15 to September 14. If you want calm and greenery, we offer a studio with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, Senséo, a 180 X 200 bed, TV, large walk-in shower with toilet area. We have unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) please do not download, however in the studio as in our home the mobile network is weak.
