We were 2 families holidaying for a few days. This house was perfect for us all. Lots of different social spaces to all relax and be in. The pool was fantastic. Annemie is a wonderful and generous host who couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. The house is in an amazing location, up in the hills with beautiful views and bird song. Pool wonderful and kitchen well equipped. We had a great few days. Thank you 🙏🏼

Pedro and his crew have thought of everything. It really is like a private villa in a luxury resort with extremely attentive service and a house set up perfectly for comfort. The pool is heated and lit at night. There is banana tree next to it. You have a juicer and a pile of fresh oranges at checkin. The bigger of the three TVs is 85 inch. There is a ski light in one of the three bathrooms. The only problem is that it might be hard to go back to your own house after this stay.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Stort og dejligt hus, der indeholder alt, hvad man skal bruge! Og Carla kommer med en masse gode anbefalinger til oplevelser og spisesteder. Vi var afsted med vores to drenge på 7 og 10 år og havde besøg af et sæt bedsteforældre et par dage - og der var masser af plads :-) Virkelig veludstyret køkken, og der var også krydderier, så der kunne laves en masse lækker mad. Fantastiske senge, som man sov perfekt i - også køjesengene. Derudover var det skønt med pladsen rundt om huset - vi spillede lidt bold på græssiden, og der var et bordtennissæt, som vi også brugte flittigt hele familien. Skøn størrelse pool, som sikkert er lækkert om sommeren (lige koldt nok for os, da vi ikke havde det bedste vejr i april). Fint placeret, da man hurtigt kan komme til 25. april broen, som fører ind til Lissabon. Og der ligger en bager med lækkert morgenbrød 5 minutters gågang fra huset. Husk hjemmesko eller tykke strømper, da der kan være lidt fodkoldt - dem husker vi næste gang, vi kommer :-)

We had the most incredible experience staying at these villas! We rented both neighboring villas so our closest friends and family could join us to celebrate our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. João was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, and the villas were spotless upon arrival. The location is ideal, not too far from Lisbon, but still peaceful and private. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to host such a special occasion. Highly, highly recommend!

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

This place is a slice of heaven! The house and pool has a completely private view of the horses field. Perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. We enjoyed the breakfast delivery, walk around the land and farm animal tour/feed. We stocked up on food beforehand that you can cook in the house and just stayed there all weekend. The hosts were really welcoming and flexible with our needs. Would love to return. Thank you for a great stay

Adorámos a estadia, o espaço é ótimo para grupos grandes e com crianças. Tanto a Catarina como a Dona Gina foram bastante flexíveis para maximizar a usufruicao do espaço pelo grupo. Muito obrigado :)

Excellent séjour ici, au milieu des chevaux, et poulains. Des grandes piscines pour se baigner, du calme pour se reposer, c’était parfait! Les hôtes sont adorables. On espère revenir l’année prochaine !

I was at Ivanka’s place for three nights before leaving Portugal and it was just what I needed! A perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. A beautiful view and very quiet. Surprisingly a lot to do nearby as well!

Correu tudo muito bem. Estivemos sozinhos no espaço, a piscina enorme e limpa. Espaço na rua com mesas, excelente para tomar refeições. A casa era excelente também, móveis antigos o que deixava um cheiro forte, mas tirando isso, tudo bem. O valor é que deixou a desejar devido à entrada ser às 15h e a saída ser ao 12h do dia seguinte…não faz nem 24h de estadia, o que faz com que não dê para aproveitar ao máximo a piscina. De resto, tem todos os utensílios necessários de cozinha e de casa de banho. Excelente e voltava com certeza.

Rio d'Sal is a great place to stay in Alcochete. The main highlights: - right in the center of Alcochete. Th promenade, the beach, the restaurants, are all close by; - very well-equipped kitchen, all needed amenities; - very good shower, modern, spacious; - really good pillows! - kind, responsive host, clear information, flexible check-in via lockbox. No negatives, can't go wrong here.

Ha sido un gusto estar ahí alojado dos días. Trato muy amable, la cabaña es muy acogedora y estaba todo limpio. Recomendable 100%

the house is beautiful, located in a very peaceful setting with plenty of space. perfect for a family get together. The pool and house were very clean and Joao was friendly and helpful.

Eine niedliche kleine Wohnung - ausreichend für zwei Personen in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit Mietauto, Zug, Metro und/oder Bus haben wir Lissabon und die Küste sowie Cascais, Porto Covo, Cobo do Roco, Sintra und Belém erkundet. Danke für die Restauranttipps, wir haben Joana com a Tapa in Alcochete ausprobiert und uns wohlgefühlt.
