Um pequeno apartamento com 57 m quadrados , num antigo bairro de pescadores , calmo e tranquilo . Situa se num primeiro andar de uma casa germinada , tem uma varanda exterior que acompanha o comprimento da casa. Fica a 30m a pé das praias , e a 5m de carro . Tem vários bons restaurantes perto e inclusive o Mac Donalds e tambem supermercados para fazer compras. Está decorado de forma simples, confortavel e equipado com tudo para passarem umas boas férias. O vosso bem estar é a minha prioridade

The apartment was really cozy, clean, modern with amenities. There was everything you need for a week-long stay, for example. The sea was visible from the living room and bedroom. Right near the main door, on the same wall there was a small supermarket, fish shop and cafe restaurant. Around the corner there was also a slightly larger grocery store. It was not a long walk to the seashore. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the sea, in a cozy apartment in a nice neighborhood. Big thanks to the host. He was always quickly reachable

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment! It's a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. All the best is the large balcony/terrace overlooking the sea and lots of privacy, also sun in the afternoon. Location is also top, few minutes walk to the centre of the village. The contact with Maria went well, she responds quickly and is flexible which is very nice.

Ana's AirBnB (Mar Prata) is one of the most beautiful places in Ericeira ✨. It is perfect to enjoy your dinner with ocean 🌊 view, chill at the pool or go for a 🎾 game. Restaurants, Supermarket and pharmacy - everything is in walking 🚶‍♀️ distance.

We had an excellent stay in Herwig's appartment. It looks a bit old, but there is a lot of charm to it. We slept very well and it was spacious enough for our two kids to play hide and seek. Its location is great and you can easily park your car next to it. Herwig has been very reactive and we cannot but recommend this appartment in the beautiful city of Ericeira.

This really is a lovely place to stay, very well equipped for our family of four including two young girls. Tim was a brilliant host - very communicative, helpful and kindly left us some delicious supplies on arrival. The apartment was spotless with very tasteful decor and had all the mod cons. The outlook from the living room was pretty and the neighbourhood generally was quiet. There is some spill occasional of noise from other apartments but nothing more than you would expect from any apartment. There is a local shop over the road with small array of supplies but within a five minute walk is an excellent bakery called Cria. Amazing pastries and delicious sourdough, perfect in the mornings as an extra treat. It’s a 15 minute walk into the very heart of Cascais and our 4&10 year old managed it fine at the beginning and end of every day. In a nutshell, lovely place - you won’t regret booking it!

Very quiet location, rustic, very cozy and tastefully decorated, very clean, great floors/panels, nice view, still bright in rainy weather thanks to many windows and large sliding door. A little damp, but no problem thanks to the dehumidifier. Price but rather too high (in the current comparison to price range 4 to 5 star hotel).
