Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

The train station is a 7-minute walk away (trains every hour in less than an hour to Paris Lyon train station), shops (supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, small market, pizzeria, restaurant…) are 5 minutes away. The forest will offer you beautiful hikes as well as climbing sites.

A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation located along the Euro Vélo route and a 6-minute walk from Saint-Mammes train station (direct 49 min from Gare de Lyon with your metro ticket) Come and discover the charming boating town of Saint-Mammes, bordering the town of Moret-sur-Loing. On the Loing dock, on the ground floor of the owners' house, they offer a 3-room apartment created in 2025 with a private garden.
