Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Ons verblijf bij dit agriturismo was subliem. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de hardwerkende mensen hier was hartverwarmend. Je voelt direct dat ze hun werk met liefde en passie doen, zowel voor de gasten als voor de prachtige natuur die hen omringt. De sfeer is authentiek en ontspannen, en het is duidelijk dat er veel zorg wordt besteed aan elk detail. Van de heerlijk verse producten tot de comfortabele en sfeervolle accommodaties, alles draagt bij aan een onvergetelijke ervaring. Wij kunnen dit agriturismo van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een plek waar mens en natuur in perfecte harmonie samenkomen. We kijken ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verblijven!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

alloggio come da descrizione,comodissimo sia per spostarsi nei nei dintorni e visitare borghi bellissimi, sia come comodità nella casa. Sono tutte casette indipendenti, tutte dotate di letti comodi, bagno e angolo cottura, tutto bene pulito. Host molto gentile che dà anche ottimi consigli sui dintorni e dove mangiare. Anche i nostri 2 cagnolini si sono trovati benissimo! Grazie di tutto e torneremo sicuramente se dovessimo visitare altri luoghi nei dintorni!

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Meteen bij aankomst werden we begroet door Fausto. Met een vertaal app werd ons alles medegedeeld. Zijn vriendelijke gezicht maakt iedereen volgens mij blij.😀 Een sfeervolle omheinde tuin waar onze 2 grote honden het heerlijk hebben gehad. Heel fijn dat er airco aanwezig was. Het bed lag super! Er ontbrak niets. O ja, de kaasschaaf 😀😀, maar die ontbreekt vaak in het buitenland😀. Het huis bevind zich binnen een klein complex wat afgesloten kon worden. De zee is binnen 7 minuten met auto te bereiken. Het is er totaal niet druk deze tijd van het jaar. We hebben 1 week 30 graden en blauwe lucht gehad. Fausto reageert bijna direct op je vragen. We bezochten: grotten, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme en de zee. We raden dit huis aan!

Petit coin de paradis, dans la campagne, avec le chant des oiseaux.Patio ombragé pour manger, se reposer, lire, jouer. Piscine magnifique entourée de lavande, dans un superbe jardin.Un endroit de rêve! Antonnella et Quirilio sont des hôtes charmants, prévenants et nous avons pris plaisir à bavarder avec eux. Un grand merci pour leur gentillesse. Jolies excursions à faire: la Faggeta del Cimino ( restaurant excellent la Baita);le lac de Vico; Viterbo et son magnifique centre historique; Orvieto et son célèbre Dôme..Des vacances merveilleuses.

È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva da ripetere sicuramente, posto incantevole per la tranquillità e per le lunghe passeggiate immersi nella natura insieme ai nostri due pelosetti accolti in struttura senza nessun problema. L host molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura è davvero molto bella, gli alloggi molto puliti e attrezzati di molti comfort e la presenza di una piscina impeccabile rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole soprattutto nei periodi più caldi. Siamo stati veramente molto bene e ringrazio di cuore la signora Maddalena per l’accoglienza e per il dolce pensiero che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Hôte très sympathique et réactif. Il faisait très chaud à l'extérieur lors de notre séjour, mais l'appartement est demeuré confortable, autant pour la nuit que durant la fin de journée, alors que nous étions surtout au niveau de la cuisine et du salon (niveau inférieur plus frais).

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. The space was functional, plus the full size shower was a real treat after a day’s hiking. Jane and Bill

Alloggio su tre piani in una zona molto tranquilla, Luigi e Antonia sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Noi siamo andati per un addio al celibato di tre giorni e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Consigliato!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Mogen we ook 8 sterren geven? Wij verbleven 6 nachten in het huis van Lamberto. De weg door de smalle straatjes er naartoe is even zoeken maar uiteindelijk kom je er wel. Er is een prive parkeerplaats vlak bij het huis maar omdat wij elke dag op pad gingen hebben wij de auto op het pleintje in het dorp geparkeerd. Wat een fijn, ruim en schoon huis. Ondanks de warmte blijft het huis heerlijk koel. Wij hebben met veel plezier de verzamelingen en andere leuke/mooie dingen van Lamberto bekeken. Alles is meer dan compleet aanwezig. Buiten kan je heerlijk zitten zowel in de schaduw als de zon. Door het grote afdak kan je ook met regen buiten zitten. Prachtig uitzicht en volop vogeltjes, hagedissen en vlinders. De poezen uit de buurt komen ook regelmatig langs. We hebben aan onze conditie gewerkt met het dartbord en het tafelvoetbalspel... Dank je wel Lamberto voor de vriendelijke communicatie en al het lekkers wat je voor ons had neergezet. Wij hebben het echt heel fijn gehad!

La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.
