Vacation rentals with a patio in Monti, Rome

Alessandro's Apartment is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, as well as everything in the house. All-new! Wonderful silence to sleep and the privilege of waking up looking at the trees. Me and my family love everything! Alessandro gave us useful recommendations on how to get around without a car in the city. Has been kind in several situations. I'm sure I'll be back for days of rest. All amazing! Thank you!

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

The place is in a good neighborhood, close to the metro station. Restaurants and shops nearby. It was as described, the apartment is just like the pictures: clean, well-equipped, and well-decorated. Ambra is a super host, super nice, and always quick to respond. I would love to go back and recommend this place to others.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

We had a good stay. Everything was clearly communicated in advance and our host Vania always spoke very well to us and exceeded our expectations. Roberta was also very friendly and accessible, everyone was already there for us upon entering.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Peggy. The house is clean and nice and feels like a hidden gem. The neighborhood has an artistic vibe which we loved with small wine bars and coffee places a bit further down the road. Luca was really kind and gave us great tips. Thank you for having us.

Barbara’s place was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. We had trouble leaving the airport bc of the strikes and Barbara was very understanding and flexible with our check in time. She met us at the gate and showed us around the apartment. She had food and drinks stocked for us! Who does that?! Barbara does! We were so grateful. She had a list of local recommendations for places to eat. I found that renting an electric scooter or bike was the best and most fun way to get around town and down to the city! Barbara is a very gracious host and made my son feel very special for his birthday. 🥰 I highly recommend this spot for your stay to Rome

We had a great time in this apartment. Ideally located, it allows you to do everything on foot. Small downside for the noise, the windows insulate quite poorly and the noises from outside regularly woke us up. The terrace is nice, unfortunately the extraction system of the restaurant next door is quite noisy and the smells of frying are not very pleasant. Finally, the bathroom could use a little cleaning. Everything else was impeccable.

An excellent place right next to the Colosseum! The neighborhood is very walkable, and there’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street. We loved the outdoor courtyard and jetted tub! The TV had every streaming option as well as local channels, so we were able to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Luca our host was extremely responsive and helpful to us. Grazie mille!

I honestly had the best time staying at Antonella & Simon’s place. I’d like to first start off by saying, Antonella is an absolute angel on earth. She was so kind, welcoming and responsive. It was my first time in Rome and she really made me feel so welcomed. The apartment is exactly like it looks in the pictures and so close to the Colosseum and other attractions. The bed was comfy and the Antonella provided all the amenities you can think of. I also felt extremely safe staying here as a solo girl travelling. I genuinely would recommend this place, and I will be staying here for my next visit also which I pray is very soon. Thank you again to Antonella & Simon ❤️

Had a wonderful stay at Micheles appartment. All the sightseeing was able to be reached by foot and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. Would totally visit again. Check-In & Out was very flexible aswell.

Valerio was an awesome host. We needed a late check-in and he was very accommodating. He was very responsive no matter what time we messaged. He sent us a detailed list of things to do and places to eat before we even arrived. The condo was immaculate and smelled great too! We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor patio was great. The onsite, dedicated parking space was a must for us since we rented a car and it was located right outside the front gate. So convenient. The condo is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and there are restaurants to walk to just down the street. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at Valerio’s place if you are visiting Rome and looking for a beautiful, safe place with things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely communicative and accommodating hosts. They were flexible on check-in/check-out times as well as being very helpful with questions about the flat, recommendations (restaurants, luggage storage near the Vatican museum and a private car reservation to the cruise ship. They made everything much easier and especially since it was our first time in Rome, their assistance made our trip less stressful. I only wish we’d reserved our stay again after our cruise. We’ll stay with them again when we return to Rome next time.
