We had a wonderful stay in Tenero Contra! The house was tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot – perfect for relaxing. We really appreciated the friendly communication with the host, who responded quickly and thoroughly to the few questions we had. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare delicious meals during our stay. One thing to keep in mind: the place might be a bit challenging for taller guests – we’re both over 180 cm and found ourselves bumping our heads on the low door frames and ceiling beams quite a few times. Still, we truly enjoyed our time there and wholeheartedly recommend it. A big plus: we could bring our dog with us! Thank you :)

Il vero punto forte è il balcone: spazioso, arredato con gusto e con una vista spettacolare sul Lago Maggiore – ogni tramonto era un vero spettacolo! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare la zona. Il host è stato super disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili per godere al meglio della vacanza. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, bellezza e tranquillità con una vista da sogno!

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Häuschen von Corinne verbracht. Es ist wirklich ein wundervoller, ruhiger Ort mitten in der Natur. Das Häuschen und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Im Häuschen ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Corinne war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

This was a 10 star experience! We absolutely loved our stay in Luciano and Katia’s house. It was perfect. The train is conveniently located within minutes of the house. Though it was near, you could not hear the train. It was quiet. The location is beautiful, in a valley between the Swiss Alps on one side and the Italian Alps on the other. We loved riding bicycles along the small farms nearby. Luciano is the friendliest host we’ve ever met, always eager to enhance our stay. He showed us the gorgeous scenery in different areas nearby. This house is the most well equipped we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. They generously supplied coffee, breakfast cereals, fruit, milk, juice, spices, cooking oil, and more. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely return when we come back to Switzerland. Thank you Luciano and Katia! We had a wonderful week.

Wie haben uns Willkomm Gefühl. Es war alles so wie angegeben, dadurch konnten wir es auch nachts um 3 finden. 😊 Die Atmosphäre war neben dem Fluss sensationell. Nachbarn warn, wenn sie mal da warn,sehr nett. Mann hat seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wir wären am liebsten nicht mehr weggegangen. Für 2 Personen mit Hund perfekt. Das Grotto das seit einem Jahr wieder offen hat ist mega lecker. Alles in allem der perfekte Kurztrip. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Wir danken dafür, das es Häuschen zum mieten gibt und werden sicher wiederkommen. Liebe Grüsse Chrissi und Patrik

Amazing stay at Cinzia’s home. I wish I never had to leave. Her and her family were so helpful and kind. For us, the location was perfect - close to everything and just a short walk into town, but still felt secluded and private, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and nature all around. Cinzia was responsive to any of our questions and helped coordinate a massage for us by the water, and a multi-course dinner service at the home - everything was exceptional.
