Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €6 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Chalet des Clarines (3* and 3 Epis Gîtes de France)

The Chalet des Clarines is a 5-minute walk to the village of Saint Genès Champespe, 1000 m above sea level. It is close to Besse and Super Besse. In a very cozy atmosphere, the Chalet des Clarines welcomes you in a green setting, with a view from the south-facing terrace of the Monts du Cantal, and a view at the back of the Massif du Sancy. My accommodation welcomes couples and families with children.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

You will enjoy a para-hotel service, the bed (queen size) is made, towels are provided, cleaning and disinfection of the room are included. The large bathtub promises moments of relaxation.
