Location is great, and an easy walk from the Friendship Heights Metro. Perfect space for a family of four. It had everything we needed for a weeklong vacation. Friendly hosts. This is the sweet spot in my view if you are looking to stay in a very safe part of DC with good metro and bus access and not spend a fortune. Accommodations were clean and organized with cute touches. Will definitely stay here again if we are visiting DC!

Had a great stay! I was visiting DC for the first time with my girlfriend, who is a DC native for Mother’s Day weekend. The place was affordable and clean, just like the photos, and had everything I needed; free parking, WiFi, and even some refreshments, which was a nice touch. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of spots I wanted to check out. The only minor issue was the dogs and family upstairs being a bit loud at times, but we understood since the hosts live above and that’s to be expected. Miguel was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend—10/10!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Frekkie's place is great -- we stayed for 2 months. There was just enough space for us. The A/C was great during the hot summer, it was always cool and comfortable. The washer and dryer were so convenient. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is great! Great host.

Hassan is a very nice man, and the house is beautiful. It is a basement apartment but there is plenty of light due to many full size windows. It has a nice washer and dryer, fridge, and kitchen. Opulent bathroom. Plenty of space for many to sleep. The WiFi works great, and there's plenty of parking for guests. Really it's just like being in a duplex, except flipped sideways (you're on the lower level). There are about 8-10 steps you need to descend to get to the door, no ramp access.

Good stay overall. Ted has clear instructions for house rules, just pay attention to that. Ted was very responsive and flexible as well, we actually arrived earlier and Ted was still accommodating. There’s a lot of space too. There’s not much around the area, but it’s not too far of a walk to get to metro station, and it’s relatively safe and peaceful. The place runs a little cold, but perfect for the season now. If you’re a light sleeper, you should note you can hear the footsteps upstairs pretty easily. Didn’t bother us, we still enjoyed our stay though.

I stayed in this great apartment for about 2 weeks whilst I was teaching as a guest lecturer at American University Law School. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and has everything your need. It is located in a very nice and green neighborhood with shops and restaurants at walking distance. Samer and Denise are very responsive and kind hosts. Highly recommend!!

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The apartment is a large space with a beautiful patio and yard. Our hosts were so kind! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. It was convenient to have a parking spot in the back with easy access to the apartment. Emily was super kind and accommodating with setting up the sofa bed for an extra guest. The place also included toiletries and a full kitchen setup in case of cooking dinner. Overall, a welcoming apartment, very clean, and spacious.

We have a lot of experience with Aibnb’s and this was in the top three. Super clean, comfy, exactly as described. Our flight was delayed for hours due to weather, and the hosts were kind enough to leave extra snacks. The stay was just perfect for our needs

This AirBnB was enjoyed by my parents while visiting from out of town for a high school graduation. They slept great here and were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere of this basement unit. They particularly appreciated the king size bed, cleanliness and comfortable set up. They were concerned about parking, but easily found parking close by and did not have to worry about being ticketed or having a pass (which is needed in other areas in the neighborhood just a few blocks closer to the metro). Our only critique was that there wasn’t a railing at the start of the steps down to the unit. This made it a bit challenging for less steady guests, particularly after a long day, when returning at night.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

We had a very late arrival, and Pepsie was happy to leave the lights on so we could find our way in! She is very responsive and super friendly. The accommodations were easy to find with her instructions, and they were exactly as described. Clean and homey. Far enough from the city to be quiet, but close enough to the Metro that last-minute plans changing isn't an issue. We are already planning a return trip and would absolutely stay again!!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Jacob's place. The apartment is comfortable, clean and roomy. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen seemed well stocked and was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a nice walking trail very nearby. Jacob is very nice and came and greeted us as soon as we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and very private and comfortable. Marzie was very proactive in her communication with me and flexible when travel was delayed beyond my control. I will book again when I am back in the area.

Karen was a wonderful host for my dad and I. Her place was very clean, had every thing possible such sewing stuff! Her instructions were very clear and she was very flexible in terms of check in and check out. Overall very very recommended!!

Nardos has an amazing space! We felt right at home! The two bedroom space was perfect for me, my husband and parents while visiting family in Silver Spring. We bought groceries and made breakfast everyday in such a well equipped kitchen! One day during the visit the family who lives there was grilling and gave my husband and I burgers! Super sweet to include us in the family bbq! We also needed a wine opener and Nardos ran it right down to us. From the moment we spoke on Airbnb to the moment we checked out, nothing but friendly vibes. I would recommend this place to everyone and I also look forward to staying here at my next visit!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, nice and quiet, and it was good to have somewhere with cool air to stay in the summertime. Binyam replied promptly to my questions and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to DC but want a relaxing place to go back to at night.

Joseph’s place was beautiful, it looks exactly how it is in the picture, the modern design of the apartment was amazing very need and comfortable, he had the guided folder that fill in all the concerns we had, was easy to commute, order food delivery or go to a restaurant was easy everything was amazing, my sister and I love it we were able to take care of business and have fun we really fell at home, I definitely want to go back
