The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Hanifa is very responsive and accommodating regarding check-in times. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the many steps and stairs (the house is on two floors, you enter through the basement). Linens and towels are provided and impeccable, which is a big plus. The house is in a very good location, a five-minute walk from the RER train station and right next to shops. It's very convenient to be able to park two (small!) cars in front of the house, as street parking is paid.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend it.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.
