Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The hammam wasn't available, but it wasn't needed. I highly recommend the property.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We'd be happy to come back to your place when we're back in France :)

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area, near the Sénart forest

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

We only spent one night in the house but everything was impeccable. The bedding is quality, everything is clean and very well-equipped. We didn't have time to enjoy it but the terrace is really cozy and intimate. I would recommend this place without hesitation. A large, very pleasant park nearby.

Thanks to Sonia for her most friendly welcome the accommodation was decorated for our Christmas Eve.... The house is spacious, well heated, clean and with plenty of storage. Just come with your suitcases and enjoy the calm that reigns there.

Very nice host. The neighborhood is rather quiet and not particularly exciting. For this, you can stay comparatively cheaply and have a quiet stay. You have to keep in mind at night that from certain times no trains go to the neighborhood. I had to take a taxi. I highly recommend the place. Thank you

Audrey is a nice host! House was sparkling clean and matched the pics. I stayed with my family for 3 nights and it felt home! Went to Disneyland and Paris city.. which was comfortable from this place, even at midnight as we used public transport. Will surely stay again, on next visit to Paris.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The place is very close to Orly Airport—just one stop away—and only a 5-minute walk from the metro station. It’s a very convenient location, especially for catching an early flight. The apartment is also super clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable.

We are going to Paris for my cousin's concert and very frankly Baboune's husband welcomed us very warmly, he offered us tea upon arrival, the accommodation was clean and the photos of the accommodation corresponded to the real accommodations!! I booked this place for my parents during the Christmas holidays. They were delighted. Impeccable, Frédérique and her husband were always available. Perfect.

Great place to stay, home from home, everything you could possibly need. Stéphane and Sonia were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend. Five minutes walk to the train station, takes roughly an hour to the Eiffel tower and only €2.50. We drove to Disneyland which was really easy and took half an hour.

We really enjoyed our stay in the property. Well decorated and maintained and easily accessible with the train station within 3 minute walk from the property. I will certainly plan another stay at the property and strongly recommend to others.

Véronique is a very friendly and discreet hostess. The accommodation is close to the city center and at the same time in a quiet residential alley ideal for a single person. I enjoyed the mezzanine for a peaceful sleep. Once you've arrived, you don't need to take the car to go for a walk in Paris thanks to the transport or in the neighborhood that has parks Mission rest and Parisian tour accomplished We'll be happy to go back
