On the edge of a park, in a very quiet and green setting, this independent 45 m² apartment, adjoining our house, was recently built with care and is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center. This accommodation, close to amenities, overlooking a cobblestone courtyard, sunny in the morning, is composed of a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a master suite. Pool heated May to September. Thoiry, Versailles, Rambouillet 15 and 20 minutes away

Comfy & modern wooden house, 1hr from Paris

1 hour from Paris (car or train + bike) between Maintenon and Nogent-le-Roi, a magnificent and spacious wooden house where you can recharge in the greenery. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

Come and recharge in our artists' home, nestled in greenery and full of character. We are five minutes from Montfort l'Amaury. On the ground floor, a large open living space with open kitchen, a big dining table and fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with their own shower room. On the first floor, the master bedroom and magnificent bathroom with free standing bath, a huge kids' bedroom complete with toys. There is a lovely private garden and south facing terrace with a BBQ.

Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Bienvenue à Montfort-L’Amaury ! IMPORTANT : notre gîte situé sur notre terrain de 1200m2, mitoyen à notre maison mais l’accès est autonome. Location conviviale (160m2 ) dans notre propriété arborée. Piscine partagée avec notre famille, sécurisée. Accès via porte-fenêtre du salon qui donne sur l’allée gravillonnée. Welcome to the Jardin de la Millière, our magnificent house located in Les Mesnuls, 40 minutes from Paris and in the Chevreuse valley natural park, a region prized for its beauty and its proximity to exceptional sites such as Montfort l'Amaury (5 mins), Thoiry (18 mins), Versailles (20 mins), and Rambouillet (20 mins). The house is absolutely quiet but you will have the N10 and N12 nearby. Come and enjoy a moment with your loved ones in this charming old house tastefully renovated.

In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
