On the edge of a park, in a very quiet and green setting, this independent 45 m² apartment, adjoining our house, was recently built with care and is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center. This accommodation, close to amenities, overlooking a cobblestone courtyard, sunny in the morning, is composed of a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a master suite. Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. At the foot of the Maurepas forest and an equestrian center. France Miniature 12 minutes away, 2 golf courses 9 minutes away and the Grand Plaisir shopping mall 12 minutes away (see guide). Welcome!

Peaceful house close to Montfort l'Amaury

Come and recharge in our artists' home, nestled in greenery and full of character. We are five minutes from Montfort l'Amaury. On the ground floor, a large open living space with open kitchen, a big dining table and fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with their own shower room. On the first floor, the master bedroom and magnificent bathroom with free standing bath, a huge kids' bedroom complete with toys. There is a lovely private garden and south facing terrace with a BBQ.

Private 300 m² villa, not overlooked. Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Bienvenue à Montfort-L’Amaury ! IMPORTANT : notre gîte situé sur notre terrain de 1200m2, mitoyen à notre maison mais l’accès est autonome. Location conviviale (160m2 ) dans notre propriété arborée. Piscine partagée avec notre famille, sécurisée. Accès via porte-fenêtre du salon qui donne sur l’allée gravillonnée. Ancien atelier rénové par nos soins : mur en pierres, sol en travertin, meubles chinés. Esprit maison de famille ! Draps NON fournis. Merci de lire le règlement intérieur.

Spacious Refurbished Barn, close to Versailles

Magnificent old refurbished barn in the back of a small garden. Independent from the main house with separate access. Located in the middle of the village next to the 12th-century church - in absolute peace and quiet (except for the bells). Close to the Château de Versailles, St Germain en Laye, and train stations to reach Paris in 35 minutes. Small shops a few minutes away, restaurants, golf, beautiful nature with walks to enjoy. Hosted by an international couple - open to the world.

Country house – Paris > 35 min / Versailles > 25 min

In the heart of a small village, 35 minutes from Paris by car or train, 25 minutes from the Palace of Versailles and 5 minutes from Thoiry Zoo. The house is detached, with an enclosed garden of 1,300 m² and a private, heated swimming pool (10 m²). Upon your arrival, the cleaning is done, the beds are ready, large towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (about 15 cups), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher product, etc.

Relax in a bucolic setting less than 1 hour from PARIS, on the edge of the Rambouillet forest. In a hamlet bordered by fields with horses and donkeys, a warmly decorated and fully equipped country house, ideal for families. In winter, the charm of the living room around the wood-burning stove and in summer, quiet enclosed outdoor garden of 400 m2, with barbecue and dining table. Walks in the forest, Thoiry Zoo, Château de Rambouillet and Espace Rambouillet animal park.

The house is very bright with large windows open to the terrace and garden. We live in the 2nd house located on the property. Located in the village of Bazoches sur Guyonne, 35 kilometers from Paris. Many activities nearby: golf, horseback riding, hiking (direct access GR 11 from the property).
