House vacation rentals in Montfermeil

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Lors de notre venue pour le Parc Astérix, nous avons séjourné à 4 dans le logement de Siham. Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La piscine est un petit plus, au top. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant du bourg. Siham a été réactive à nos messages. Un grand merci !

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Pool und sehr großem Garten. Alles da was man benötigt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt, da wir auch sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Die Vorbereitung von Sophia war klasse und die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts sensationell. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätte sie Sophia auf jeden Fall alle verdient. Unsere beiden Kinder haben es auch wie wir genossen, neben dem Sightseeing in Paris etwas Ruhe und Entspannung hier bei Sophia und Ihrer Familie zu finden. Neben dem großen Pool war für die Kids auch James der liebe Hauskater und die Schildkröten, die uns immer wieder besucht haben ein Highlight. Vielen Dank nochmal an Sophia für die absolut tolle Betreuung.

Wir waren als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen zu Gast. Das Haus incl. Wintergarten, sowie der Garten mit Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren super schön und großzügig. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Françoise und Pascal war super. Wir haben immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahattık. Ayrı bir girişi olması baş başa kalmak çok değerliydi. Şehir merkezine 40 dk da ulaştık. Aktarmalar arası yürüyüş yok denecek kadar az. Her haliyle çok iyiydi.

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

hote très réactive a l écrit. les instructions étaient claires mais suite réseau je les ai reçues au moment de l arrivée.le logement est propre et calme , la literie confortable. il faudrait préciser que la petite terrasse est pour 2 logements 😏,des petites poignées aux meubles de cuisine serait top. je ne regrette pas mon séjour et si cela n avait pas été réservé je serais revenue la semaine prochaine.

Séjour très agréable, joli cadre, logement moderne avec tout ce qu'il faut à disposition. Propreté irréprochable. Terrasse et chaises transats ont été très appréciés en extérieur. Tout n'est pas en plein soleil, la terrasse permet d'avoir de l'ombre. Les petites attentions d'Elodie nous ont ravis. Hôte très sympathique, qui grâce à sa réactivité, a permis à ce qu'on ne reparte pas sans une tablette oubliée. La localisation du logement est parfaite, pas très éloignée de la gare, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement sans voiture. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés si l'occasion se présentait !

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt enorm goed. Didier is een super host. Reageerde snel, kwam zelf met tips over ons verblijf en was erg vriendelijk en ontspannen. Het verblijf mocht wel iets schoner zijn bij aankomst, maar was geen groot probleem. Al met al een super verblijf gehad!

Lovely house and very friendly host always helping and welcoming us open heartedly will definitely be my go to house when I’m next in Paris.

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

Très bon séjour ! Le logement est propre, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier calme, ce qui est appréciable pour se reposer. Emre anticipe bien les besoins : les infos étaient claires et bien pensées, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée très simple. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos garçons! Ils en ont pris plein les yeux (nous aussi d’ailleurs !) et se sont amusés sans interruption de l’arrivée au départ ! Hôte très accueillant et réactif. Merci pour ce super séjour et sûrement à bientôt !

Casa deliziosa in un quartiere caratteristico. Appartamento moderno, nuovo e spazioso. Noi abbiamo deciso di prendere un'auto a noleggio e da lì siamo stati comodi per spostarci sia verso il centro di Parigi sia per andare a DisneyLand. E' una zona tranquilla ma che non ti fa sentire isolato. Ci sono molti negozi raggiungibili anche a piedi e locali per mangiare se non si vuole arrivare in centro. Steve è stato davvero carino e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem, sehr gepflegten Garten. Perfekt gelegen, wenn man Paris und Disneyland besuchen möchte. Zu Fuß ist man in 8 Minuten am Bahnhof (direkte Zugverbindung nach Paris). Ruhige, gepflegte Wohngegend. Auf Dauer könnten dem Haus ein paar mehr Möbel und noch eine bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer gut tun, das Haus ist jedoch auf den Bildern gut wiedergegeben. Es ist alles da, was man auf den Bildern sieht. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und problemlos, Antworten erfolgten bei Fragen stets schnell.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Patricia. L’appartement était propre, nous ne nous attendions pas à être au rez de chaussé de sa propre maison cependant cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé étant donner le calme de la famille qui n’est pas du tout intrusive et l’environnement silencieux. Le portail reste ouvert et aucune restriction n’est demandée, moi qui apprécie habituellement les logements seuls je n’ai rien eu à redire là dessus. Nous avons pu trouver une place facilement les trois jours d’affilés. L’appartement est propre et bien aménagé, tout est mis à notre disposition (télé wifi, ustensiles de cuisine linge de maison etc..) et la literie et très bonne nous avons très bien dormi. Tout était fonctionnel. Quelques points cependant : le ventilateur est beaucoup trop bruyant nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser, la cuvette des toilettes était mal fixée nous avons dû utilisé les toilettes cuvette ouverte. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons.
