House vacation rentals in Montfermeil

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Excellent friendly host and very responsive. House was as per description and pictures. We initially used Ubers to and from Disneyland which worked well but had to rent a car in the end due to unforeseen circumstances - this made life easier with travelling and would recommend this as the more ideal way to get around the area.

When we came for Parc Astérix, we stayed in Siham's accommodation for 4. Matches the listing perfectly. The pool is a little extra, great. We recommend the village restaurant. Siham was responsive to our messages. A big thank you!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Beautiful, spacious, well-designed, well-equipped, functional house. The terrace and pool were also much appreciated. Great for a family vacation. Well located house, 1/2 hour from Parc Astérix. Highly responsive host, clear guidelines.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay we had in France at this property. The house had everything we needed — it was very clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our group of seven adults and one child. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient, with many nearby shops such as a pharmacy, bakery, butcher (boucherie), and more. The train and bus stations are also close, which made getting around very easy. We’re 110% sure that we made the right decision in choosing this place! Paola was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire booking process. She promptly answered all of my questions, stayed in contact with us during our arrival and after, and made us feel truly welcome. She even prepared a lovely gift for our little one, as we were celebrating his birthday during the stay — such a thoughtful gesture! There is so much more I could say, but I’ll end here by saying this is an honest review from the heart. it was the perfect.

We had a great stay with Anissa and her lovely family. They were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to planning our evening activities. We also really enjoyed the delicious coffee! Would definitely stay again.

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Emma was an amazing host!! The place is just as described on the listing! Perfect place for those traveling to Disneyland , with the bus stop being right outside the place. She was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire time I was there and she even helped me plan a little surprise for my fiancée! I’d definitely recommend this place to others 😄

Our 10-day stay at Emilie's house was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and my dog had a great time in the house and garden for home office work, playing and chilling. While I immediately felt at home after long working days. It takes a little more than 1 hour to get to the center by public transport. The area is quiet, Emilie has made a great effort to make our stay uncomplicated. We would come back anytime!

I and my family really enjoyed our stay. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood. The location of the property and the fiber optic internet connection are both excellent.

We stayed 3 nights at the listing at the end of April (2 families with a total of 3 small children). Before arriving, we still had some questions; the whole team always answered directly and supported us superbly. Also with the PassPass app. This allowed us to book an earlier arrival and got all the information (such as the storage of the key, etc.) From the location, the house is ideal for visiting Disneyland (15 min by car) and driving to Paris (30 min by train). The only drawback for us...the house was a little noisy and it could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied and would fully recommend the house.
