It is a penthouse with three terraces, one of which is panoramic from which you can admire the white houses of the town, the Salento countryside and the sea of Gallipoli with the lighthouse.

Apartment on 2 levels with excellent finishes, large terrace overlooking the domes of the churches in the surroundings including the Cathedral of Lecce. Devoid of any noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely independent. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom, on the terrace, can be used in the summer. If you want to use the second bedroom even if there are only 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.

The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. Beautiful house with terrace and view

At 300ft from Saint Oronzo Square, the castle, resturants and museums, there is a big apartment at the first floor of a historic building consisting of a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, two balconies and a wonderful panoramic terrace. It's finaly furnished, suitable for couples possibly with a child up to 1 year old, who love to stay in the historic center and have everything within walking distance, without giving up their privacy.

A clean, inviting swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and large umbrellas, set against a lush green backdrop of trees and gardens. A swing chair adds a comfortable spot for relaxation near the pool area.

If you travel by car, you can park a few meters from the house. Parking is the cheapest in town. An elegant study area makes it perfect for vacation or study/work stays.

It is the typical Salento house built between the late 1800s and the early 1900s, it has star ceilings, concrete and doors, windows, balconies, handles, railings, etc. are vintage. The house is spacious, cozy, refined and from the beginning makes guests feel comfortable as they are surrounded by beauty and authenticity. From November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, I apply a 10% discount on the weekly rate and a 30% discount for stays of 28 days.
