Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Monteroni di Lecce

We had such a lovely time at the villa, my family and I thought that it was a superb place to stay. The layout, design and the pool area was fabulous. It was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations. Giurdignano itself was a wonderful village and we were made to feel very welcome there. The people at the local restaurant, sports bar, bakery and supermarket (and the tourist office which organised bikes for us) were fabulous. Special mention to Marcel who worked at the supermarket and restaurant, he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable… and was excellent at wine recommendations. Emanuela and her husband Flávio were on hand immediately when we occurred a power shortage.. all sorted very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

We were so sad to leave. It was such a perfect place that it made it hard to want to leave to explore the region! It is a perfect base to explore local towns. Ostuni and Alberobello were stand outs for us although Monopoli had a lot of charm too. The house itself has everything you need, the master is separate from the other two generous bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also separated by a door to the living area so everyone could truly have their peace and quiet when they needed a rest. Outdoor kitchen is a great touch and it’s equipped with everything you would need. It’s very quiet and just tranquil. Tatiana was quick and responding to any queries or issues. We highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay! Boris was a very kind host, very responsive and helpful. The house is very nice, clear of clutter, the bedrooms are very large and comfortable, the beds and linens are nice. Good array of appliances and amenities. The internet was good and stable. The live and dried plants are a lovely detail of the house! The outdoor spaces are very nice as well. Even though you can't really walk to the beach, the location was great for driving to different towns and beaches. The garden was lovely to enjoy, great fruit trees, and the cats kept to themselves and didn't bother us. Excellent value for money, and a lovely holiday! Mille graze Boris + Giorgia! :)

Beautiful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment is as described. Beware of difficult access if mobility is an issue: many steps to access. But it's worth it: the Terrace is exceptional at any time of the day. Marco is adorable and considerate. Thank you for everything. (allow for paid parking at the entrance to the city)

Our stay in Gallipoli was fantastic! Great place, large storage, amazing terrace!! Marta, the property manager was very quick to respond and answer questions. Info package in the apartment was very helpful with recommendations around restaurants, things to do and places to see. Would recommend!!!

We were warmly welcomed. The accommodation is clean, functional and well located for visiting Lecce and its surroundings.

The apartment looks amazing in the photos and even more amazing in person. We loved the beauty of the apartment, and it was very comfortable. We absolutely loved the terrace and the views from the windows. Everything was walkable. Parking was convenient. I would return in a minute!

Very nice accommodation, good location for visiting Lecce on foot. It is charming, clean and well-equipped. It should perhaps be noted that the shower stall is a bit tight and low ceiling, not very practical when you're tall 😉

This was a great stay in Lecce, especially over Christmas. The bed was comfy and we loved being able to use the fireplace. It did take several days to warm up - the style of the buildings are the reason for this. It was also very loud many nights due to the local bar. This was mentioned in other reviews, but I’m a deep sleeper and didn’t think it would be an issue. Something to consider and be aware of. Overall if you’re looking for a home base in Lecce, it was worth it.

This beautiful villa is located in the historic center of Lecce. An oasis of peace just minutes from shops and restaurants. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has many charming details. The roof terrace is fantastic. A wonderful place for breakfast or an aperitif. The host Danilo is very friendly, responds promptly every time and gives a lot of good advice and tips. Lecce is truly a crown jewel and Danilo's villa is one of its pearls. We highly recommend a stay at this address.

At the end of the vacation, Angelo becomes a friend of yours. I start with this premise because he is the hub of your entire vacation that thanks to his tips becomes a dream. His welcome is unparalleled, friendly, friendly, friendly, immediately puts you at ease with his welcome gift, then the house is even more beautiful in real life. The pool you enjoy gjorno and even in the evening with the romantic garden lights that surround this fairytale. The sea passes almost second floor due to the comfort of the house and its amenities. There is a very comfortable parking space inside, the beach can be reached in 2 minutes on foot from the house via a walkway. Angelo updates you and provides tips on where to eat fish, meat, which farm to visit, even where to bathe by checking the weather forecasts of the wind. Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

This place is fantastic, house is spotless, quiet location but close to town where you can find several restaurants and shops. The main feature of the house is the private pool where you can refresh during the hot days, you can also relax under the big veranda on the back and cook using the outdoor kitchen, we never used the indoor kitchen, it is so nice to cook and eat outside during the nice summer days. The house is surrounded by a huge garden so you can have complete privacy and there are nice trees around the pool if you prefer the shade. The location is perfect to visit both the east coast beaches (few minutes by car away) but also the west coast only 30 minutes away. Air con is very quiet but the house is so well insulated that really needed only few hours on really hot hot days. Mariella is a fantastic host always available to help in any way, we stayed 9 days but did not want to leave. Will be back soon, thanks Mariella

Such a lovely home in such a peaceful location. We loved the pool and the outdoor hangout space. We barbecued on a few of the nights. The gracious hosts shared stuff from their garden. We were able to pick fresh figs and almonds. And several beautiful towns and beaches were short and easy drives away. Perfect location and such a comfortable home.

We've been excited about Airbnb for years, but this house and these hosts…. It was just a dream! A pure place of longing that is maintained with so much love and passion! We would immediately spend months there at any time and we will remember it for years! Thank you

Absolutely stunning house! The interiors were beautiful and the pool and outdoor space was great for relaxing. So many bedrooms to fit our group of 18, with nearly every bedroom having its own ensuite! Would recommend. Thank you Maria!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).
