We had a wonderful stay at Richard’s beautiful and very well-equipped house in Domfront en Poiraie. We arrived late and were warmly welcomed with cookies and everything needed for a French breakfast the next morning - such a thoughtful touch! The house is charming, spacious, and the private garage made parking easy despite the narrow medieval street. There’s also plenty of free parking nearby. The village itself is lovely, with cafés, restaurants, boulangeries, and supermarkets all within walking distance. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, and visiting beautiful Norman villages and castles. Richard truly went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. We only stayed four nights and would love to come back as there’s still so much to explore. Highly recommended!

Perfect rental to go to Mont St Michel on foot thanks to an alley that leads us straight to Mt! View of the mountain from the house and not just a little, amazing!! This place is a nice discovery for us and we will be back for sure. We were able to visit the ramparts of St Malo just 1 hour by car. Very clean house and we did not lack anything! Nice little attention on arrival:) and the lockbox is really a plus. Thank you very much lydie and above all bravo.

We had a totally magical three nights at this wonderful place. Nestled amongst woodland with nothing but the sound of birds to enjoy, this haven is a unique and special place to stay. We felt incredibly lucky to have found it and to have had the privilege to stay here. We greatly enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen with views of the trees and playing scrabble by the magnificent fireplace during the cosy, cooler evenings. Our lucky dog had the run of the house and land and couldn’t have been happier. So much history, style and beauty - we will be back for sure! Thank you, Cyril for sharing your place with us. That's someone who knows how to host! Maxine is adorable. The accommodation is very cozy and pleasant despite the main room which is not very bright.
