This space was born from the rebuilding and expansion of an old Alentejo hill, a rural property situated high on the Alentejo plain in Cortiças de Lavre, 100 kms from Lisbon, 50 kms from Évora and 50 from Comporta. The house consists of common room, office, 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, kitchen and a fantastic balcony. The eclectic decor gives the space of a contemporary, comfortable rural setting. In the large outdoor space there is a swimming pool, a lawn and a barbecue grill.

Casa dos Bonitos - nature and sustainability

This house, this Monte Alentejano, is aptly named, because it really was the Bonito family who built this house over 80 years ago and planted a fig tree in front of it. We have carefully modernized the house, but the most important thing was already there, this unique location on the hill with this truly spectacular sunset. In the middle of our vineyards, right next to a secluded, historic chapel from the 13th century, you can now take some time out and enjoy the Portuguese sun. Monte das Andorinhas is a rural Alentejo house, designed and recovered to be a comfortable but simple refuge. Located in the village Foros do Baldio, 14 km from Montemor-o-Novo, the house offers privacy and the possibility of enjoying the unique beauty of the Alentejo landscape. The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
