The house has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor, and upstairs there is a bedroom with a bed, a single bed and an adjoining bathroom with a washing machine. In the attic area, there is a second bedroom with a French bed. This Ligurian village overlooks the open sea of the Gulf of La Spezia, the mouth of the Magra River, the Versilia coastline and the Apuan Alps.

The house can only be reached on foot: you park in the area inside the property, near the vegetable garden and, through a hundred steps among the trees, you reach the house.
