Lots of charm for this apartment located on the 1st floor of a completely renovated 1960s villa with private Provençal garden (olive trees, lavender). The residential area is very peaceful. Guests can take advantage of its south-facing terrace but also the shade of the trees and the freshness of the ground floor garden You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city center, the Allées Provençales with its cafes and restaurants, nougat shops (our local treats).

Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a cozy and comfortable cottage of about 45 square meters. We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
