Monthly Rentals in Montelarco

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. Evelina’s place is as described: spacious, clean, in a lovely medieval village, with good internet. I particularly enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the mountains. There was also some kind of celebration in the village during our stay, so we witnessed fireworks from the balcony— quite magical! Evelina was always super helpful and responsive. She really kindly offered to drive us from the station, and her mum did the same at the end of our trip (a really good driver indeed!). It was the perfect place to focus on writing my Phd.

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment. The tranquility and privacy of the place are priceless, both indoors and outdoors you can breathe in total serenity. The apartment was impeccably clean and we particularly appreciated the bed, incredibly comfortable! Traveling with our almost 3-year-old son, finding an environment where you can really relax is not a given, and here we fully succeeded. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a haven of peace and comfort.

Very nice and clean cottage in the historic center of Sant 'Oreste with breathtaking panoramic views of the town's rooftops and the beautiful valley. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking. The heating is independent and works well. We had a great time and will definitely be back in Mr. Maurizio's "little house on the roofs"
