an isolated cottage but very nicely equipped and very good for relaxation. The pool was a highlight for the kids and adults alike. Great play area in the garden for the kids. Very nice view of the mountains. Definitely recommended for families who need some rest. The car ride to the beach was a bit exhausting but doable. About 1 hour.

If you are looking for an authentic medieval village experience this listing is for you. You can tell Lorenzo put his full hart and soul into renovating his historical family home. We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!
