Beautiful two-room apartment in a newly restored sixteenth-century rustic building. It is very quiet: it can be reached on foot by a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-fired oven and near the ancient grape press. Canova is near the Toce River, just few minutes from Domodossola. The medieval village consists of a dozen of stone houses builded from 1200 to 1700, all restored. The accommodation is an old restored stable, aged 1672, used for the horse change. The village is close to the most important ski resorts of Ossola Valley, Monte Rosa, Premia Spa with hot springs, Toce Waterfall and Lake Maggiore. Domodossola Train Station at 7 Km, Malpensa Airport 45 min.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
