Wow! Absolutely amazing, fantastic location - very quiet surrounded by countryside yet less than 15mins walk into Coronado, which is amazing (so clean, lots of history, great places to eat, just wonderful) Our hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful, Massimo and his Dad are just wonderful people.

Tutto perfetto! L'esperienza è stata bellissima, la casa e l'area circostante sono ancora più belle dal vivo di quanto mi aspettassi, dentro c'era tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ma soprattutto gli host sono stati impeccabili dal primo momento all'ultimo. Velocissimi nelle risposte, proattivi, disponibilissimi, gentilissimi e molto pazienti nonostante il nostro grande ritardo sull'orario che avevamo richiesto per il check-in. Non potrei consigliarlo di più.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

Mara è una host attenta disponibile, generosa e accogliente. Il posto è bellissimo, molto tranquillo lontano dal caos cittadino. Un' esperienza da raccomandare

Ci siamo stati per il ponte dei santi in famiglia, appartamento bello grande e arredamento nuovo ! Come foto! Bel panorama in un contesto tranquillo, comodo per visitare i borghi , Recanati e Loreto! Parcheggio nel cortile di casa!

Tra tutti gli appartamenti in cui ho soggiornato, questo è risultato quello più accessoriato (phon, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, carte da gioco, macchina del caffè, sedie e tavolo da esterno....) e completo anche di tutto ciò che può servire in cucina (tovaglia, burazzi, scottex, sale, caffè, olio....numerose pentole e padelle nuove) e in bagno ( sapone, detersivo per lavatrice....). Da segnalare inoltre: il parcheggio interno con cancello automatico, la vicinanza di un panificio e di un negozio alimentare. Unica nota negativa è la strada provinciale che passa sotto alla casa e che può dare un po' fastidio. Ma per il resto l'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole visitare la zona del Conero e i paesi circostanti.

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Marco's place was great for our 2 day stop in Ancona. An easy 10 min walk from the station even with lots of luggage and a toddler and easy to bus into town. the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

Sehr schönes und neues Haus, man ist sehr schnell am Meer und an guten Restaurants. Die nah gelegenen Bahngleise waren in der Nacht dennoch störend, aber es hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen. Schöne Küche und alles sehr sauber. Auch Aldo hat uns sehr geholfen und gleich mit wichtigen Informationen und Tipps versorgt😊. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt

La nostra esperienza con Alessandra è stata direi perfetta! Lei è un host molto accogliente e ci siamo sentiti coccolati fin da subito, ci ha accolto con una torta e una bottiglia di vino! Fantastica. La casa è semplicemente favolosa. Corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione, con uno splendido giardino e dotata di ogni attrezzatura o utensile. Non possiamo che consigliare la soluzione offerta da Alessandra; ci portiamo via bellissimi ricordi di questa casa e degli splendidi dintorni.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Tolles Haus! Wer gerne Ruhe hat findet das hier. Marco ist total nett und hilfsbereit! Er hat ein äußerst gepflegtes Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Bei Anreise sollte man genügend Verpflegung dabei haben damit man über die ersten Tage kommt. Man fährt doch Landesteils 20 Minuten zum Einkaufen . Danke Maco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento nuovissimo accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. I padroni di casa persone accoglienti simpaticissimi cordiali e molto ospitali.....ci torneremo ancora

Si cercava relax di fine settimana, non potevamo trovare di meglio. Alloggio immerso nel verde dell'immediato entroterra di Ancona, il cui centro è raggiungibile in dieci minuti. Roberto e Mattia ci hanno accolto "da vecchi amici", accompagnandoci nell'alloggio (del quale ci ha colpito subito l'estremo ordine e la pulizia) e fornendoci indicazioni preziose in merito a ristoranti, percorsi da fare, e siti da visitare in Ancona. Una osservazione (che poi è una nota di merito) già espressa a voce a Roberto e che può essere utile a tutti: le foto non rendono pieno merito alla bellezza del posto e a quella dell'appartamento, bellezza molto più apprezzabile dal vivo. Insomma, per concludere, una esperienza estremamente soddisfacente, della quale non riesco a trovare alcun aspetto negativo. Complimenti sinceri per la serietà e cordialità degli host...non è da tutti.

Questa è la terza volta che torniamo sulla costa del conero e siamo felicissimi di questa scelta. La casa è molto confortevole ma siamo stati quasi sempre nel bellissimo giardino con vista mare, fresco e ventilato anche nei giorni di caldo grazie alla posizione elevata rispetto al mare. La comoda spiaggia di Marcelli dista pochi minuti d'auto ma se si desidera un pó d'avventura sono moltissime le spiagge più selvaggie a poca distanza.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und "grünen Oase". Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Ideal gelegen für Erkundungen in alle Himmelsrichtungen: Lago Trasimeo, Perugia, Assisi, Trevi, Sibellini usw. Wir wurden von Patrizia und Maurizio persönlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles ihr beiden!

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰
