Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

Nonna Papera was so helpful! Our flight was delayed which made us arrive very late. She stayed up for us to let us in. We felt blessed with her kindness. The house was spotless, the view was breathtaking and it was also a great place to stay with small children. The children played all day long in the yard. The kids were sad we had to leave at the end of our stay. We had the best time. Thank you so much!

The flat has a lot of charm. We felt very good. It is perfect for a family with children and a dog. The house is in a quiet village where it smells like flowers. In the apartment is everything you need, the host has provided us with cold drinks and food in the refrigerator. That was just great. The kitchen has everything you need, the terrace is wonderful. Free parking nearby. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

Good price. FYI most likely you need a cat to get ti the place because it’s a little trike but the price makes it worth it. It was specious and the host very responsible, flexible and nice about our check in time. I love where we stayed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, felt very luxurious. We were greeted with some lovely welcome gifts and a friendly tour. The flat had everything we needed, and Brian responded to every message promptly, including helping us find a taxi driver. The walk up the hill is hard work as other previous guests have said. This didn’t bother us as we knew about it, but worth mentioning it is a steep hill with a lot of steps. But the view from the balcony is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay!

I highly recommend this listing! We were a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation is 45 min/1 hour from the coast, but in the end the journey is very good and the scenery is magnificent. In addition, we loved the atmosphere and kindness of the locals in the village and the surrounding area, so we spent part of the stay inland. Christina gave us great tips! Big favorite for the "Agriturismo La Valee" 30 minutes from the house for barbecues and swimming! Thanks again Cristina for making our stay enjoyable :)
