My family enjoyed this place very much. Very spacious. We would highly recommend this place.

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

The place was as described, access was simple and super fast communication. Tucked away in a quaint little neighborhood, narrow one way street keeps traffic down to locals only. We walked to some amazing restaurants within 500 feet of the place. We didn’t spend too much time the apartment but we would stay here again.

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

Helen’s place was comfortable and felt like home. When we arrived, everything was clean and spotless. It is a quiet neighborhood and it felt safe. I would recommend Helen’s home!

Great place and location! Short walk to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants and other ammenities. The apartment is great and clean, the designated parking spot is a plus. I would book again.

Four poets in LA for a literary conference--Ben & Alexis' home could not have been a poetic and gorgeous retreat from the hubbub of the conference. The home is a work of art. Extraordinary. And there is everything that you can imagine needing to make for a comfortable and easy stay. So beautiful and practical. And just 12 minutes from the convention center, but once inside, a million miles away. 🩷

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

It was perfect for our gathering, everyone was impressed! I’m hoping to stay again on our next trip to California! I could have spent my entire time in the primary bathroom upstairs. Contacts were available and attentive with my questions. The massage chair was the most popular location.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely house tucked away in the canyon. I particularly appreciated being so close to beautiful hiking trails while only a short drive down to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped and the host was responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and they were incredibly helpful with local tips. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel like home. Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Quaint villa in the green hills of Los Angeles, quiet and relaxing but 10 minutes from the action of Hollywood. Felt very safe. Pool is absolutely lovely, room spotless and homely. Can’t wait to stay again!

We have stayed at Terranea many times and Beth’s view is the best of any Casita we’ve stayed-in. Unobstructed ocean views from both the living room and the bedroom. Close to the walking trail, pool, spa, and restaurants. Check-in through the app and front desk were nice and easy. Daily housekeeping was wonderful as well. Thank you, Beth. We will be back!
