The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is built on 2 levels with a size of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a habitable kitchen. Climbing the stairs we find a double room with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom, plus terrace with views on both sides of the Apennines.
