Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Monte Testaccio

We loved our stay here. It was absolutely perfect. Coffee and wine on the balcony was a real treat. I miss the sounds of the birds in the morning. There was a small grocery store just around the corner which was so convenient. The building was perfectly located. We hope to return one day.

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

We loved our stay in Rome! File was a great host and met with us to show us around his AirBnB upon check in. The terrace is beautiful and has a great view of the city!

Marco was a great host! He was helpful, responsive and even had a couple recommendations. His airbnb is in a perfect location being safe, but also close to main attractions. We went to the restaurant across the street multiple times (Negresco).

The apartment is conveniently located in downtown Rome, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also near transportation services, including a tram and a cab station. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay. Malko was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Me encanto el alojamiento de simona, tal cual como se ve en las fotos, estaba toco impecable y muy limpio, excelente decoración y comodidad de sus camas, muy proactiva para contestar y dar instrucciones, recomiendo 100% este alojamiento.

Roma è una città magica e riuscire a viverla alloggiando davanti la fontana di Trevi è qualcosa di ancora più magico! Scendi di casa e sei nel cuore pulsante di Roma, è davvero un privilegio per pochi! Per non parlare delle forniture dell’alloggio, Cendra ha pensato a tutto e dentro casa non vi mancherà nulla! Tutto davvero fantastico, speriamo di ritornarci!😁

Monica’s place is a gem in the middle of Rome. It is so central and we walked everywhere. The apartment is quite stylish and unique with a delicate interior in an antique setting. It was also very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The service and attentiveness Monica provided was also above anything I have experienced. From our first contact with Monica, she responded quickly with lots of valuable advice and information and always in a positive and friendly way. Even though we never met in person, we feel like we are close friends. Monica was very generous with information about what to do. She even sent us a hand drawn map and detailed instructions for appliances in the apartment and restaurants and lots of other useful information about Rome. We highly recommend this location if you plan on spending several days in Rome. Monica will take good care of you!

Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable, un coin de verdure au calme, loin du tumulte, parfait après une journée à sillonner les rues et les monuments de Rome. La villa est spacieuse et confortable, la piscine est un écrin de détente. Concernant la villa, rien ne manque, l'aménagement à été pensé et la cuisine réunie tous les objets du quotidien afin de préparer un bon repas. Chaque demande formulée est prise en compte rapidement par les propriétaires afin que vous puissiez bénéficier des meilleures conditions durant votre séjour. Il est évident que notre prochain passage en cette belle ville de Rome passera par cette location.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

Sabiny dom jest zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Blisko jest komunikacja zbiorowa [metro, autobus, tramwaj]. W pobliżu jest wiele sklepów, restauracji, barów. Mimo tego jest spokojnie. Dom jest wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet w pakiet artykułów higienicznych których być może zapomniałeś zabrać ze sobą. Dom Sabiny jest bardzo przestronny, jednocześnie przytulny, idealny dla rodziny. Posiada wewnętrzny taras na którym codziennie jedliśmy śniadanie. Zdjęcia przedstawiają rzeczywisty stan domu. Każdy znajdzie kąt dla siebie, ale także wspólną przestrzeń do spotkań. Sabina przywitała nas osobiście i oprowadziła po całym domu, wszystko wyjaśniła, dała wskazówki. Jest bardzo przyjazna i komunikatywna. Zrobiła nawet pierwsze zakupy. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia. Bardzo dobra baza do zwiedzania Rzymu jak i również okolic.

È stato tutto fantastico! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra: la casa è bellissima, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. C’erano tutti i comfort di cui avevamo bisogno: dal caffè, al latte, ai biscotti e alla colomba, fino all’acqua e a tutti i prodotti per l’igiene personale. La pulizia era impeccabile e ogni dettaglio è stato curato con grande attenzione. Non volevamo proprio andar via! Quando torneremo in zona, sceglieremo di nuovo questa casa senza pensarci due volte. Un ringraziamento speciale a Silvia, così gentile e sorridente, che ci ha regalato tantissimi bei ricor

Definitivamente lo mejor es la ubicación . El lugar es tal cual se ve , pero creo que para dos es muy chico . Para mi sola estuvo bien y mido 1,50 cm. Que no haya ascensor es un tema a tener en cuenta sobre todo si va gente mayor pero no fue un problema para mi ( solo cuando llegué porque estaba muy cargada). No había tacho de basura en la cocina , y para mi gusto le faltaba un enchufe en la parte de la mini cocina para la pava eléctrica por ejemplo . Los demás todo bien . Equipado con los necesario , baño muy bien ventilado . Amé mis días en Roma ! Cristina muy amable siempre

Our stay at Simona's Villa was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully laid out, and impeccably decorated and furnished. The grounds are equally beautiful, providing a serene and private atmosphere that our family thoroughly enjoyed. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, offering the perfect spot to relax and lounge in complete privacy, thanks to the gated access and secluded setting. The location was also ideal, with everything we needed just a short drive away. We were close to convenient stores and grocery shops, making daily errands easy, and the city of Rome was within reach for our day trips. We highly recommend Simona's Villa, especially for families like ours who are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet still want to be close enough to enjoy everything Rome has to offer. It’s the perfect balance of solitude and convenience.

Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento di Enrico. Posizione strategica. Arredamento con dettagli, anche di design, che fanno la differenza. Piccolo terrazzino. Condominio sicuro e signorile. Anche per periodi lunghi. Inoltre Enrico è una persona sempre a disposizione e molto gentile.

Giuseppe was an amazing host! He was super helpful with everything, from giving us tips on spots in Rome to making sure we had everything we needed. The place was absolutely perfect – clean, cozy, and in a great location. Highly recommend staying here, would come again thank you!

Michela was a great and friendly host, responding very quickly with any queries. The place is beautiful and perfectly located in the middle of all the action but actually a nice quiet street. Would recommend anyone stay here if visiting Rome.

Roberto’s place is highly recommended! Wonderful place and stylish furniture, we really enjoy the time stay in his place! It’s much appreciate for his help to arrange on early check-in. One more thing is there is elevator in the building which save us from a lot of energy to bring our luggages together. Clear instructions and reminder are provided and the check-in/out process is very smooth. We hope to live in his place again!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

Great place to stay, an inside to a more local experience other than being surrounded by the tourists and loud places all the time. It was close to the metro station so it was easy to move around. Stefano was very helpful and responsive, gave us great recommendations of places nearby.
