The place is lovely, with amazing views and a very peaceful environment. A unique place!

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Simonetta is a perfect host, who makes you feel like you're staying with a friend, always ready to give you advice but leaving you privacy and freedom. The place is regenerating for those who want tranquility. The villages around there are one more beautiful than the other (Roccantica, Casperia), and Farfa (perhaps the most beautiful) is not even half an hour away. About 2.5 km away I recommend Bar C'È, great for lunches (amatriciana absolutely to try) with fantastic views and dinners with fabulous pinsa and mega hamburger sandwiches as well as arrosticini etc… The owner Valentina makes the difference… In short, I know where to stay and eat when I want to get away from the chaos of the city again and go buy good oil in the mills around there

We had a wonderful time at Lee's place! The location was stunning, and we loved the homey vibes the house had. The area is really charming, and we had a great time exploring the town and the forest around it. Hope to be back soon!
