Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

I rate the place 5 stars, great contact with the host, Mara was always interested if everything was ok and if we were missing anything. The room is very clean, nice and fragrant linens, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the swing in the room made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend :)

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

One of the best places our family has stayed in. Owners have really thought it through - their place has everything you need, it's very clean and cost, pool is very nice, apartments are private, surrounding are just stunning and there's a lot to do around if you want to. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and easy to reach accommodation, with parking inside the property and lots of free parking outside. The nearby dog breakage area was much appreciated, and the short distance from the beaches and the sea.

We were hosted very well by Anna and Carlo. The apartment is great, the rooms very nice and comfortable. The location, very close to the tourist town that can be reached in 5 minutes (San Vitale), allows you to park your vehicle nearby and forget the time to visit this splendid mosaic city. The place was as described. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. So far everything as expected and nothing to complain about. Gina was nice and always responded. The apartment is located on the sea, is quiet and also has a good view with sea view from the living room balcony. Happily again!

A fantastic place immersed in the Mugello countryside. The owners are super!!! There were 12 of us including a baby and a toddler. We had a really good time. There is a barbecue and brick oven that we used. In addition, the gem of the house, the direct access to the stream where there is a pool where we took a bath. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it
