There are many neighborhood shops (YPF, cooperative, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, grocery store, bakery, ice cream parlor) 1 or 2 blocks away. Ideal for walking.

It has a garage WITHOUT A ROOF. Animal friendly. Parties are not permitted.

This unique place has its own style. Boutique-style home. Oceanfront and direct access to the beach. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has its own private viewpoint at the tip of the medano, where you can see the sunrise and sunset . It does not include savanna service, pillowcases, and towels. I must bring your own. ( if you need electric service, it has an extra cost that is paid when entering U$20 x the stay )

Beautiful inner house in the mountains for 4/5 people, it has two bedrooms, one with a bed for two people (with air conditioning and cable TV), the other with a bunk bed and a single bed (it has a standing fan). It also has a washer, refrigerator, oven, and cable TV. It has a covered garage, in which there is a Chulengo and it is located just 4 blocks from the beach! Check-in 14:00 hs / Check-out 10:00 hs
