Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

We loved this property, the location was great, so close to the beach and the lift to the castle and the centre of the old town was just a few minutes walk. The property was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. It felt very homely. There was a great little cafe right next door for breakfast. Mabel was a great host, she answered all our questions prior to arrival and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We would use this property again.

Staying at Alba’s place truly felt like being at home. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Alicante, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet—perfect for rest and relaxation after a day of exploring. Alba was a fantastic host, and it’s clear she puts great care into making her guests feel welcome and at ease. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time and a truly wonderful experience! The host was absolutely amazing—extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even though we arrived very late (around 2 a.m.), she greeted us with a big smile and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a shopping mall, and only about 10–15 minutes to the city center, with all its restaurants and cafés. Since we enjoy walking and are in good shape, it was perfect for us. The place itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante. Florin's apartment is peaceful and full of light. The distance to the city center and the sea was perfect for us—we love walking. Communication with Florin was very pleasant. We had to change our holiday plans at the last minute, and he was incredibly helpful. We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. We had a lovely time at the place. The beauty of the place and the little touches present at our arrival filled us. The place was clean and functional, each bedroom has its own bathroom, this is very convenient. The pool and sunny terrace adds a real plus. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Spacious accommodation, as described and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those who wish to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for the couch. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce section. She had good knowledge of cheese and more. We will be back and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Very happy with the apartment, felt very comfortable. The area around was everything we needed from beach to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Angela is definitely top host.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. Big plus with paddle court and pool at the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
