Bellísimo apartamento con una vista insuperable! Igual a las fotos, limpio y con todo lo que podíamos necesitar. El señor Adam Miguel estuvo muy atento ante cualquier duda, pregunta o sugerencia. Mi familia la paso muy bien y nos encantaria regresar.

This place was beautiful!.. the terrace had such beautiful sights of the Morro. The place itself was clean and tidy. We went with a big group and Silvia was able to accommodate the rest of my family at her hotel down the block from the apartment we originally rented out. Our first night there she offered to deliver food from her restaurant to where we were at which was convenient since we had just came up from La Capital on a 4.5 hour drive and we’re exhausted. The kids enjoyed they’re stay and of course the pool in the terrace. Silica was very responsive and always available if needed which I loved. Overall it was a safe, clean, and accommodating experience. I will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Montecristi.

j ai passé un excellent séjour, les hôtes ainsi que "cubano " sont d une extrême gentillesse et proactifs ,le logement était parfait dans une zone calme et conforme aux photos, Cubano est venu me chercher à la station de bus et chaque jour il m a apporté des fruits du jardin : mangues, tamarin, fruits de cajou...ils m ont mis en contact avec Carlos qui organise des excursions en mer( 7 hermanos, mangrove, piscine naturelle), ce fut une très belle expérience , le plus : est la petite piscine qui est parfaite pour se détendre le soir après une journée d excursion. le jour où je reviens, ça sera chez santiago et sa charmante épouse.

A nice little apartment, easy to find because it's the only apartment building in the area. The apartment is small, but perfect for a small group. The only downside is that the neighbors next to the apartment have wild animals, and they can be noisy at night, making it hard to sleep, but that's not the host's fault. Aside from that, we had a nice stay. We were the only ones in the building, the pool is nice, and the location is great—most things are just 10 minutes away by car. They even offered early check-in, which was a nice touch. For the price, I would definitely recommend it."

La estancia fue en general positiva. Al llegar, notamos un olor a humedad en las habitaciones, aunque se reducía bastante al encender el aire acondicionado. Fuera de ese detalle, el lugar estaba limpio y contaba con lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo mejor fue la atención del anfitrión, Adam, quien fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente ante cualquier eventualidad. Su disposición hizo la experiencia mucho más agradable. Solo deben de tener cuenta ese tema de la humedad… luego de… todo fue perfecto.

Nice and clean place , closer to the city , restaurants and to activities .place looks new , just was missing fews thing that need some fix , but not the big deal , i communicate that to hosts and he said will take care of that . In general i highly recommend he have a big unit divided into 4 apartments each one with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths , great for a big family as well . I like his place and if I need to come back definitely will be booking from him .

Este lugar es impresionante!! El valor y la calidad es de primera categoría. Lo recomiendo altamente. La ubicación está cerca de todo y Frantz es un anfitrión increíble. Pedro et Émilie ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, attentionnés et généreux. L'endroit est décoré et aménagé avec goût et amour, perché au dessus de la mer, nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés. Villa Mare was the PERFECT spot to host a women's retreat. The house and team that are there from morning to night were dreamy. The sleepy beach town of Punta Rucia was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Henry was super communicative and helped me plan a few things to do with the ladies outside the house. He also referred a massage therapist who came to the villa for facials and massages with the sound of the ocean in the background. I've always picked a new spot for my retreats, but I can see myself returning to Villa Mare (and hopefully Villa Arena next door) time and time again. Thank you to Henry, Octavio, Nelly, Marjorie, Lala, Tika, and Crazy for the most incredible experience we could have asked for.
