Vacation rentals with a pool in Monte Alegre do Sul

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is extremely equipped with everything (and even more) that you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, since it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

Amazing house, super complete and extremely clean!! We love it and will definitely be back more often!! Cleverton was very kind and attentive to us.

It exceeded my expectations!! From the beginning, Thomás attended to us promptly, even before we made the reservation. Very polite and helpful. We were with our 6-month-old baby and he arranged a crib for him to sleep in. In addition to indicating a local supplier for breakfast baskets. The house space is simply amazing, better than in the photos. Everything is clean and impeccable, the lighting is the cherry on the cake, highlighting all the best that the environment provides. Full kitchen, everything extremely clean and fragrant. Our dogs loved running on the grass, the outdoor space is fantastic. We use everything the house offers, the fire pit, the heated and illuminated jacuzzi and the super comfortable rocking chairs. They were incredible days, my family loved it, we will definitely come back and recommend it. Special mention to Marcio, who always attended to us in a very polite and helpful manner. One of the best places we ever stayed.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked them several questions in the group they created, and they answered promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

The house has a wide and very beautiful outdoor area. The room accommodates well the advertised quantity and everything was very clean! The house is between monte alegre and relief, being very good to visit both sites.

We really liked the house, super well taken care of, everything very clean and sanitized, a super complete house with everything you might need. We only stayed 2 nights and it was well worth it. Easy access and location, a very quiet street, we went by car so to get to the center was fast, on average about 10 minutes, for those who are not by car it would be a little distant. We couldn't use the pool because it was cold, but we used the bathtub, which was very good. The house is large and super organized, it has several appliances and kitchen utensils, the whole interior and exterior of the house is very beautiful, Lúcia helped us by phone when we arrived and when we left, it was super worth it, we would have liked to have stayed more days.

Second time my family and I have stayed at Vivenda da Dona Odília and we will definitely be back.... I already feel at home...the house is beautiful, always clean and the host is always friendly and gives us all the necessary information.... the location is about 10 minutes from the center and other places to visit.....my daughter is disabled so I chose this house because it has a calm environment and a playground for her to play.... once again Fabio thank you for the affection and attention and by the end of the year we will definitely be back in this paradise.❤️❤️❤️😍😍

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Excellent location, comfortable apartment, exactly as shown in the photos and description. Building staff are very friendly. Hosts (Thais and Livia) very attentive and kind. Our experience was so good, it's the second time we've stayed in the apartment this year (January and April)...

It was the third consecutive year that we stayed and it is definitely the best option in Serra Negra! It is a few minutes' walk from the best restaurants and shops, we don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything. Extremely comfortable, spacious and well-equipped! Maricy is very friendly and caring with us, and super welcoming too! We have a little daughter and she always prepares everything very carefully, even the outlet protectors she put in. Speechless, everything impeccable as always. We felt at home.

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, spotlessly clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go for work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience! We'll be back more often!

Apartment with a great location, everything is new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are too soft, but I know you can't please everyone. I don't recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decor. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll be back for sure.

I and my husband were very happy with Bruno's apartment. He is his wife received us super well , until spoils they left us in the apartment ,chocolate ,water a letter welcoming us very happy with the stay . . Amazing apartment all perfect. we thank Bruno , Camila and Isa .
