This peaceful gem is located in the Hallmark-esque village of Lakeview, MI. The home is on a large corner lot with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, stocked kitchen, central air, and washer/dryer. Perfect for weekend getaways. Live bands perform every Wednesday in the park during summer months. This lake access home is approximately 1 block to beautiful Tamarack Lake, a 330 acre all sports lake, home of the USA Ice Fishing National Championship. Public boat launch 4 mins away. The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.
