The beach is directly accessible by tram, with a station 3 minutes from the apartment. Furnished and equipped studio. Futon bed (firm), Wi-Fi and TV. 1 fan and a portable air conditioner during the summer.

Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.
