Had a great visit! The directions for check-in were very clear, which made my arrival simple and enjoyable. The apartment is sublime, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is ideal, close to everything, and despite this, the place is perfectly quiet, without any traffic noise. I felt very well looked after and would highly recommend it.

Great place! Feel at home. So well-equipped! Even the ice bins, toilet glove, book to indicate the good places in the area. (You have to go to Le Petit Matelot restaurant in the middle of the Loire but book before - only 6 tables). We can see that Jean knows how to take care of his guests.

Well designed for a stop in Orleans. Good location for visiting the city on foot. Quiet place. The accommodation is clean as well as linens. The beds (bed and convertible) are perfect. However, a little effort on the finishes, especially in the bathroom, would be desirable. We had a nice and short stay that we will renew if needed in the area. We enjoyed the great coffee available. Travelling from the south of France to Belgium. This was a great stop for 1 night with a baby of 9 months. The place was easy to find, easy/flexible check-in, all very clean and convenient. Recommendable!

From the outside it doesn’t look like much and the passage to the entry is a little shady. But once you are in you will find a very nice place.

I had a great few weeks in this apartment. It has everything you need with a sleek modern kitchen that included all the amenities. The apartment itself is compact and cosy with immediate hot water and heaters in all the rooms. Check-in was a breeze with instructions clearly laid out and hosts on hand to answer any questions with very fast response time. I would have liked for the bath to be useable as a bath but the host says only the shower is functional. The apartment complex is incredibly quiet and peaceful. It’s in a wonderful location right beside the river and the beautiful eglise saint-Martin and just a ten minute walk to the RER station. The best part was the access to two great bikes stored in the private outside area of the apartment. This made travelling to and from the centre of Etampes very quick. (10 min cycle). Otherwise the walk in would have been around 30 mins. I was delighted to have stayed in this apartment and I would definitely go back. Thanks Adrien and Sandra

Very nice and lovely place!

The apartment was clean and very well located. We had closed the windows and it was quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Otherwise, everything was as described. We would love to come back and can only recommend this property.

Wonderful place in the center of town. Very walkable to all the attractions in Orléans and the apartment has everything you need. It is in a old house in which you can see the charming stone walls but the interior is very modern and brightly decorated.
