This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. It is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower (towels and shower sheets provided), a separate toilet and a large terrace. All the windows of the apartment overlook the wooded park of the residence. A 12 x 6 m swimming pool, a garage (w.240 x h.190 x p.500 cm) and a bike room will be at your disposal.
