I'm also a host and we're sure that if we return to Cáceres, Macarena 2 will be our first choice. And also to say that Elena has sent us some perfect instructions. Olga's cottage is fantastic for a few quiet days with the family. The house is nice and has a terrace with a beautiful view. The village is very nice and quiet. I would recommend not going up the car to the door of the house because the streets are very narrow.

Ana's place is a true gem, we loved it in her house in beautiful Botija. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean and provides everything you could possibly need. Parking is right outside the house. You can go on beautiful walks right from the house or drive the short distances to Caceres and Trujillo. We came to watch birds and found ourselves in the perfect place to do so. Ana is super friendly and helpful and replies immediately to any questions.

The house is great for a quiet weekend, it has all the necessary amenities. In addition, the owner is attentive, she explained everything we needed to get there and left a list of useful numbers and recommendations in the kitchen. We would repeat!
