Family-friendly vacation rentals in Monsaraz

Agradable anfitrión. Vistas muy bonitas desde la casa. Aunque de dificil acceso, el último tramo de escaleras.

Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas: el sitio es perfecto para descansar, y las fotos no le hacen justicia. La propiedad se compone de cuatro casas, una común (con billar, cinta andadora, etc.) y varias zonas de descanso alrededor de la piscina, limpia y de buen tamaño, así como un estanque lleno de peces. En la zona hay varios pueblos con supermercados y buenos restaurantes; Évora se encuentra a 40 minutos. Es un lugar perfecto para conocer el Alentejo y pasar el día por ejemplo en Lisboa o Évora. Los propietarios, Mathieu y Martha, son absolutamente encantadores, atentos, educados y respetuosos. Han estado pendientes de nuestras necesidades sin resultar invasivos. Estamos seguros de que vamos repetir, y lo recomendamos fervientemente a todo el mundo.

Avec ma fille Cléa, nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Marthe et Mathieu. Tout au long du séjour, ils nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et amicalement. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement : il correspond en tout point à la description avec un accueil familial et amical. Mickael

Tive uma excelente experiência nesta hospedagem no Airbnb! A casa era muito espaçosa e limpa, o que tornou a minha estadia muito confortável. Além disso, a localização era incrível, com um enorme parque público a poucos passos de distância. O parque tinha quadras de pádel, um campo de futebol e muito espaço para caminhar e praticar esportes. Foi ótimo poder aproveitar as instalações do parque durante a minha estadia. Outro ponto positivo foi a proximidade de um mercado com uma ótima variedade de opções, ficando apenas a alguns metros da casa. Isso facilitou muito a compra de mantimentos e refeições durante a minha estadia. Recomendo fortemente esta hospedagem para quem procura um lugar confortável, limpo, com ótimas opções de lazer e atividades ao ar livre próximas, além de fácil acesso a um mercado. Certamente voltarei a me hospedar aqui em uma próxima oportunidade!

Gostámos muito da estadia no monte. A casa é super confortável com todas as comodidades. Aproveitámos a piscina e o espaço exterior. O Tiago foi muito prestável e solícito.

Cette location Airbnb était exceptionnelle tant nos hôtes étaient gentils et généreux. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marthe et Mathieu et avons pu profiter d’une grande piscine, d’un grand logement bien équipé et d’un spa privatif. A 1h de Lisbonne, nous ne nous sommes pas privés d’aller visiter la capitale à deux reprises. Un immense merci à nos hôtes. Il est fort probable que nous reviendrons y passer des vacances.

Zeer ruime woning met aangename terrasjes en een heerlijk zwembad. Carlos en zijn vrouw ontvingen ons met open armen! Ze waren heel vriendelijk en heel flexibel met in- en uitchecken. Een absolute aanrader!

Mrs. Isabel has and establishes a sympathetic awareness for the guest and that puts a very genuine niceness, making one feel free to ask about anything. The description is on point and we received more than what we expected not just physically but a depth in tranquility appreciably enough with the multi-color faded canvas-streaked like sunset. Safara, Alentejo for us was an escapade as we witnessed our life majorly in the concrete jungles. Digressing, the people of the village are too sweet it has 3 grocery shops, some(3-4) small cafes and 2 restaurants (the one behind the church run by the man named José has the most amazing gin and tonic you would expect from a place like this and the food is top quality). For connection there is one bus in the evening which comes from Lisboa - Sobral da Adica which can drop you in Safara and Vice versa in the morning.

Great apartment in old part of Evora.. Easy to walk to all areas of town. It is great having access to free parking in garage behind apartment. Check-in is simple. Instructions from Joaquim were clear . We only stayed one night but would be great for a longer stay for a group or family.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Aussicht aufs Tal. Schafe, Ziegen, Hunde, ein Pferd und eine Menge Sittiche sind die Nachbarn. Sehr ländlich, am Morgen hört man erst die Hähne vom Dorf, dann die Hunde, dann die Glocken der Schafe und Ziegen - sehr idyllisch. Das Haus ist grosszügig, liebevoll eingerichtet und duftet herrlich. Der Garten ist sehr gross, viele Sitz-Möglichkeiten, besonders schön ist die freistehende Lounge. Viele schöne Pflanzen, alles sehr gepflegt und überall solarbetriebene Lampen und Lämpchen, die am Abend eine heimelige Stimmung verbreiten. Ein Grossteil des Gartens ist trockenes Gras/Staub, aber das ist nach dem Sommer hier überall so und stört nicht. Lúcia und Carla (Tochter) haben uns persönlich begrüsst und waren sehr nett. Sie haben uns auch das (einzige) Dorfrestaurant empfohlen - wir waren zweimal da und es war wirklich sehr gut, günstig und herzlich. (Man kann prima Fussball schauen mit den Einheimischen! ) Viele Attraktionen des Alentejo sind nahe.

Segunda vez neste pequeno paraíso. Para quem gosta de silêncio, animais, privacidade, este é o local perfeito. Perfeito para bebés/crianças. Os caseiros são a alma deste sítio. O sr Coirinha e esposa são pessoas super amáveis e disponíveis. Recomendamos muito.

Fernanda’s place is very peaceful. You walk in and feel right at home. She has everything you could need. We sat on the patio and drank wine until dark. (That she so sweetly provided.)

Fomos muito bem recebidos nesta bonita casa no coração do Alentejo. Espaçosa, acolhedora e extramente confortável. também muito acolhedores, foram os anfitriões, sempre prestáveis, simpáticos, fazndo-nos sentir em casa. Chegaram mesmo a oferecer-se para nos ir buscar a Évora às 7 da manhã. Recomendo! Muito obrigado por nos receberem e espero um dia voltar!

Charming, unique and huge house in the center of beautiful Evora. We had a great experience staying in this building and Paulo was a very responsive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back!

Belle maison ancienne en hauteur avec une magnifique vue. Maison bien équipée et hôte très accueillant.

This is one of the most unique and beautiful places I have stayed. The outdoor space includes a balcony, a patio, and a garden, all with spectacular views. The indoor space is a rambling stone house including dining room with a fireplace and arched ceiling and a bedroom with a cozy study down a half-flight of stairs. The kitchen has plenty of room and equipment for cooking meals, but there are also several very good restaurants close by. The host was wonderful about checking in to make sure things are OK. The only thing I would say is that we were there during an unusually cold spell and although the heater kept the bedroom cozy, the rest of the house was chilly. Not unexpected for an old stone house, and it didn’t bother us, we just built fires to take the chill off.

De weg om naar het huis te komen is erg hobbelig, maar dat staat goed beschreven. Paul wacht je halverwege op. Het huis is werkelijk schitterend, heel comfortabel en de omgeving is mooi, rustig en vredig. In de omgeving zijn veel mooie plaatsen te bezoeken en het was iedere avond weer thuiskomen. Helaas hebben we geen wandeling door de kurkenboomgaard gemaakt en geen winetasting. Ook daarvoor gaan we een keer terug. Heeeeeeel fijne plek!!!!!!

Un beau gîte dans un environnement champêtre extraordinaire. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par une hôtesse adorable. Rita nous a servi un succulent petit déjeuner avec, entre autres, des tartelettes portugaises toutes chaudes. Un vrai délice. Elle parle très bien français, ce qui nous a permis d’avoir de belles discussions. On a beaucoup apprécié. De beaux et bons moments inoubliables. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

We had a wonderful time at Catarina’s place. The cottage was peaceful and quiet and had all things necessary for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, which we appreciated so much as we enjoyed cooking our meals. The pool was our favourite spot during the day and the huge estate allowed for gorgeous evening walks. We loved having the dogs around and getting some cuddles in. :) We would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a tranquil vacation, and we are hoping to return ourselves as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Claus was the perfect host. The house is probably the most comprehensively furnished we have stayed in (and we've stayed in over 40 rental homes). The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensils one could need. The area is very quiet and rural, exactly what we wanted when we made the reservation. The views are wonderful. Great for relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. With that, it was very easy to get around and all the stores that one could want were found in the local town of Reguengos. Don't miss Monsaraz, less than 20 minutes by car. It is spectacular. Overall, don't hesitate to stay here!

Esta acomodação é fantástica. Fomos com uma família de 6 adultos e tivemos momentos maravilhosos em família e amigos. O local é de muita tranquilidade e paz. Elisete sempre muito atenciosa. Recomendamos a todos.

Deze accommodatie kunnen we zeker aanbevelen! Het is een charmant huisje dat deel uitmaakt van een oud klooster. We vonden er alles waar we naar op zoek waren: een weelderige tuin met fruitbomen waarvan we mochten plukken, een open haard, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een terras met bbq. Miranda ontving ons hartelijk en heeft het huisje met zorg ingericht, er ontbrak niets. Bedankt voor deze ervaring Miranda!

Excelente estadia na Quintinha do Zé da Lola. Espaço muito bonito e agradável. Glória foi muito simpática e nos recebeu muito bem. Foi um ótimo fim de semana. Obrigada :)
