Just the nicest little cozy place to stay! The Barndo was extremely clean and just as described in the photos. And the host was very nice and quick to respond! If I’m ever back in this area I will definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend if you are in the area.

This place is a little piece of paradise! From sun up, to sun down, the view will amaze you… even from the inside. At night, the sounds of nature and plush bedding ease you to sleep. The space is beautiful and intentionally designed to make you feel right at home. Anytime I had a question, it was answered quickly and in detail. You can really tell Katy and Mark put their hearts into what they are doing. Thanks for a great stay. ❤️

Cute place. It is an older home so it has its quirks. So if you appreciate older homes, you’ll love it. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. The location is very close to a Walmart and restaurants. It’s on a private street that connects 2 other streets so there is a fair bit of traffic. Overall great stay. I would recommend this house.

Katie was extremely friendly and responsive. Her instructions were simple and made it easy to enjoy the stay. As always we look for places that allow us to bring our fur babies, and Katie accommodated. The backyard was spacious and the dogs enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to many places. Overall this place felt right at home and I’d definitely look to stay here again.

Our group enjoyed our stay at this uniquely decorated home. This older garden district home has some unique spaces to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen and bath provided all the amenities we needed. I will say in full disclosure, the bathroom is small but it was okay. We are familiar with Monroe and this is a good location. We would stay here again.

We were visiting the area for a high school tournament out of D’Arbonne State Park, we were only about 15 min away. Great location on the lake, beautiful lake view and a clean place to Stay. We were very satisfied.

The house is perfect. Truly enjoyed my stay. Will stay there again. Would be perfect for graduations and football weekends. Very clean and the decor makes it feel like you are in your very own bungalow. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Five stars. Elizabeth was very responsive & always ready to help. The cabin was very clean & tidy, with thoughtful additions. Nice size tv, comfortable bed/couch. If you are coming to fish, the location could not be better. If I had to list one small critique, the A/C unit seemed a little underpowered for the size of the dwelling, in the dead heat of summer. Wonderful host—Will absolutely stay again. 10/10

Drew was a great host! The property was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the secluded feeling, even though you share grounds with others, you never knew. Drew greeted us as we were unpacking the car, he was very friendly and made sure to let us know, if we needed anything to let him know. The property was remote but close to anything you would need. A perfect, peaceful hideaway! We are thinking about staying longer, should we make it back that way.

the cabin was tiny but spacious at the same time. the tall ceilings made it feel much larger than it was. there was enough room to sleep 10 people easily between the 2 bedrooms and sofa bed. the washer/ dryer combo was a HUGE help. my kids had a great time lounging outside by the fire pit

We have relatives in Sterlington, so this Air Bnb was very convenient and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The accommodations were squeaky clean and very nice. Only drawback was that it’s right on a 24-hour noisy highway. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very spacious, and Beth was a wonderful host! When we had an issue with the AC, she was super responsive and offered a solution right away. The location is convenient, with grocery stores nearby, and the lake view was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!
