On the ground floor is a single sofa bed, a double bed upstairs, and a comfortable double sofa bed await you. We also provide a crib and additional accessories upon request.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The open space downstairs has the kitchen, dining room, living room. At the dining table, up to 10 people can sit comfortably. In the living room, a Led TV and stove contribute to your relaxation.

In the neighborhood of the Kali pool, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we are offering a guesthouse completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 additional guesthouses host. The house has its own garden, terraces and an oven suitable for barbecue. There is also a covered carport for the guesthouse. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.
