House vacation rentals in Monopoli

So far, we've stayed in nearly 20 Airbnb stays, but Carmen's house was outstanding, just wonderful. It is located in a very good and peaceful place surrounded by an olive grove, the interior of the house is especially beautiful, much nicer than the pictures. Carmen was the nicest, most welcoming host we've ever had. We had an inconvenience in Bari and Carmen gave us maximum help, acted like we were family and divorced. If someone is looking for a really good place in this neighborhood, I wholeheartedly recommend Carmen's house.

The place is really beautiful with an idyllic garden and terrace. Inside, the vaulted ceiling and huge bathroom are beautiful and it is a very good place to stay. Marina and her husband are very attentive, and the place is ideal for visiting all the sites of Puglia. We had a great time and felt really welcomed by great hosts. Thank you to them for their kindness and availability.

We had an amazing time in Monopoli. Roberto’s apartment was in the perfect, location, close to the old town and great options for restaurants and cafes. Roberto was a lovely host. Highly recommend if you are thinking of going to Monopoli.

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

Mimma is energetic and positive, exuding good vibes. We were comfortable and well cared for. We especially appreciated the welcome basket of foods, several homemade treats. Mimma also shared her family’s history and showed us their original trullo house. It is like a museum! We were very fortunate to stay during the religious festival in Alberobello. Mimma made arrangements for us to be seated with the locals outside the butcher shop. What a unique memory-making treat.

Great stay with Anna who was super flexible on the arrival and departure time, without a headache, we really felt on vacation. Anna was very responsive by message. The apartment is conveniently located with all the necessities, it is clean and brings us closer to the culture of chickens. I will be back.

Make your reservation immediately! This AirBnB is one of the nicest accommodations we’ve ever had. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and peaceful with a lovely outdoor patio. We arrived to discover a well-stocked fridge and the largest welcome basket with everything from coffee to snacks to fresh fruit in it. We enjoyed wines and olive oil from Nicola’s property. It’s a great base to explore the Valle D’Itria.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Nice place, as advertised

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

We had a great time in Puglia. A family trip that will mark our minds and hearts for a long time. Daniela and her husband are very kind and welcoming. The accommodation is as described and practical. Every day is punctuated with small touches and valuable advice.

Cozy, spacious accommodation with great outdoor area. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower are amazing. The kitchen is great, everything is taken care of. There are games, books, loungers and water play equipment for outside. We were very happy to use the outdoor kitchen, a highlight is the large barbecue. The house is very quiet, the huge garden with the fruit trees (from which you can eat) is also great for children. The landlord is incredibly helpful and available at any time. Car is necessary to visit the small and large cities outside. We had a great time here, even in wind and rain you will find a dry spot on the large covered terrace. We will be happy to come back, thank you for everything!

The AirBnB was truly fantastic. Based on the photos, we already expected a lot of beautiful things, but the views over Fasano and in the distance the sea exceeded everything. The pool was lovely and clean. The house itself was fine and equipped with all the necessities. Marika was a great host, always willing to help. Unfortunately, I was unfortunate that I got a flu right before arrival and got quite sick. Marika was there to help with medicine and clean linens. From the AirBnB you can visit many beautiful places - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (the Trulli village), several beach clubs along the coast and with a little further drive you have still reached Lecce, Tarente and Brindisi. A lot closer is the town of Fasano, nice to see and there are quite a few restaurants to find. A restaurant within walking distance of the AirBnB. A simple kitchen, but fine for when you don't want to cook an evening but also not drive.

Our stay in Polignano a mare could not have been better! The airbnb was clean and comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. The location was just perfect, with a very short walk to the center of town with beautiful views along the way. The hosts were the kindest people and very responsive. We stayed over Easter and they brought us pastries in the morning, so generous and it made our whole day! The parking spot was also great and very convenient if you are wanting to drive to other cities in Puglia. Thank you to the hosts for the best stay in polignano a mare. Could not recommend this airbnb more.

Great communication with the owner. Responded very quick. Valeria welcomed us upon arrivals . The place was in perfect t peaceful place in very short distance to the town. Piergiorgio was a great host and the place was really special. Response time to questions was very fast. The private beach was amazing with the most beautiful water! Would return and recommend!

Look no further! Great place. Incredible how the flat had everything you needed and more. At first we thought difficult to locate when looking at the map, but it was in fact easy to find our way around. Being an airbnb host myself, I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem. Especially very nice bathroom. Nice balcony for our morning coffee.
