Apartment vacation rentals in Monopoli

The photos didn’t do the apartment justice. The apartment is larger than we expected with very thoughtful details that made our stay so comfortable. The location is perfect - quiet but extremely close to the water and many restaurants and other activities. Piero is extremely responsive and friendly. We had a little emergency and Piero helped us out immediately!! He is an amazing host 😊. We will be happy to stay in his place again if we are in Monopoli in the future.

Marta’s place is exactly as in the photos and is super clean. It is decorated with an airy, beachy vibe, very lovely. Marta was extremely friendly and responsive, and she quickly resolved a minor matter by bringing us extra pillows and linens. The location is good, and it’s important to know that this location is on the edge of town, not in town. It’s a short easy walk to town. There is construction going on, but it was never noisy. There is no designated parking and the small lot behind the apartment is public. Fortunately, we never had difficulty finding a space, but it is possible that could be a challenge in high season. The upper deck is lovely with a great view, however, it was too windy to spend any time up there. A great experience all around. We can’t say enough about Marta’s hospitality and how pristine the place is! Thank you, Marta!

Really amazing stay. Close to the beach and the town of Monopoli. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Vittorio (property manager) was extremely helpful during checkin/checkout, gave us so many great recommendations, and even helped me find a bar to watch the nba playoffs (something so hard to do in Europe!)

Beautiful apartment located on the top floor with a private terrace and a shared terrace. The apartment is located at the entrance to the historic center and on the harbor. Very quiet, cozy, well-equipped and comfortable. Great communication with Antonella. Accessible hotel. Very clear and detailed explanations. Please note the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. And watch your heads on the way down 😉 We couldn't get the jacuzzi to work! It's a real shame. Free parking available a few blocks away I would recommend it in a second. 💙

Great apartment with incredible private rooftop terrace. Apartment is in the perfect location next to the harbor and also steps away from the historical area of monopoli that has amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping. Georgia was very responsive when any issues came up and did her best to take care of them. Monopoli is a great little city and is a good starting point if exploring the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this air bnb.

Daria was a an extremely responsive and cheerful host. She was available for questions throughout our stay. Her place is extremely clean, in a great location next to the beautiful Basilica, an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, in the old town where things happen, and near small south of town beaches. The roof terrace and French doors to tiny terraces are delightful, allowing great airflow through the apartment. There are three flights of narrow stairs. The multi level space has great design, nestled in the historic stone building and neighborhood.

Raffaello’s apartment was gorgeous and beautifully styled! Everything matched the description, and my partner and I immediately felt right at home. Raffaello was responsive and very thoughtful, even leaving us extra beach towels for our stay. The apartment was within walking distance to Centro Storico and the neighborhood provided a lovely respite and glimpse into day to day Monopoli life. Raffaello’s recommendations were all incredible! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, we particularly liked the roof terrace. Great location close to the old town across from a nice square. Parking also available on the street. Leo was a great host too.

I really enjoyed staying at this light filled home in the heart of the historic district. The bed is comfortable and the little kitchen is cozy. The rooftop terrace is incredible! I loved heading up there every chance I had. The church bells and swallows, oh my. Monopoli is a charming, easy to get around town on the Adriatic. It’s quite lively, with locals and tourists alike. This home is in a great location to get out and wander the beautiful streets. Marialaura and her son were very helpful. Great stay.

We where a family of 12 rented Jennie’s 3 apartments 7 adults in Primo it was very spacious and cozy. Everyone had their own space with full bathrooms. The kitchen had a very nice balcony for you to over look the monopoli streets while having a cocktail, we were even able to have a family sit down dinner with all 12 of us! We had the 4 younger adults stay at the 2 connected apartments (Romeo and Juliet) and they had plenty of space with 2 full bathrooms with two entry doors and one door connecting to apartments. I would 100% come back Thank you so much

As per all previous reviews, what a great little BnB. All the details have been thought of and a great place to escape the city but well located for a lot of the places in apulia. Great host who goes out their way to make your stay as good as it can be with some very strong recommendations for chilled beaches and local pizzeria. Thanks a lot Amelia.

We had a wonderful week in the villa Bianca di Luce. A perfect base for beautiful destinations such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Monopoli, Ostuni and Polignano a Mare. The villa is in a quiet location and has a lovely veranda, a large garden with olive and fruit trees and a refreshing swimming pool. Communication with Elisabetta was very nice. Bjj questions she responds quickly and kindly. We would recommend everyone to stay here for a week!

Great apartment with a lovely ocean view. Close to restaurants and markets. Parking was easy to find. Easy walk to Monopoli. We would rent again if we’re in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Rosarias place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Monopoli, we only wished we stayed for longer! The place was so clean, had everything we needed and more. I loved the history behind her place and it being in old town. Thank you for being so lovely and helpful. We will be back again soon! ❤️

A perfect stay in Polignano a Mare! Such a great location with restaurants at your doorstep and close to the main square. I slept so well, the bed was Very comfortable. The rooftop pool was an absolute bonus. Morning coffees with a view and afternoon wines in the sun before dinner. The laundry amenities make traveling easy. The hosts were very attentive within the chat and were helpful with any questions.

Such a wonderful place. Beautifully decorated, clean, the location & garden, everything just perfect. We really enjoyed our time here. Would love to come back and would recommend to anyone! +Claudia is a great host, gave us great tips about the area!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Borgo is a great host and the apartment is perfect, just as described and brilliant location. Such a beautiful town with lots of lovely restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at Maria’s place! The location was perfect—a short walk to the beach, museums, bars, and restaurants. Maria was incredibly friendly and communicated well throughout my stay, always available to provide helpful local recommendations. The place was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. She even made beach chairs and bikes available. Highly recommend staying here for a great experience!

This was the most perfect place to stay in Pugliano a Mare. The location is superb. The views from the apartment are divine. Communication was great from the get go with instructions on how and where to park with subsequent escort to the apartment. I couldn’t recommend this location enough!!
