Monthly Rentals in Mono River

Thank you Amaffra for sharing your beautiful and peaceful place in Grand Popo. I had a wonderful one-week stay, being surrounded by farmers and fishermen villages. Waking up and going to bed with the sounds of the ocean. It is a simple yet beautiful small home. Thank you Ali, the security person on site 24/7. I will certainly return again.

I stayed at this place for over a month and would 100% recommend. The place is very small (it’s a studio) but very practical. The terrace was definitely a plus. The manager (Hospice) was very responsive to every and any concern. The neighbourhood felt very safe (I’m a young woman on a solo trip and this was very important to me). The cleaner who came once a week was very courteous and did a great job every time. Overall a great experience. For those who care, note that the studio is in the 4th floor (I didn’t mind at all because I love to exercise). There were some power outages during my stay but they didn’t last too long. I am currently staying at another one of Theo’s places, which is much bigger, and so far so great. Theo and his team truly know what they’re doing. I would definitely recommend!

Ms Essi place is really pretty and cute. She was very responsive. Her location is very niche, close to everything.

As always, everything was perfect. Good location, good value for the money. Aubin, who takes care of the apartment, is always available and very helpful at all times. Highly recommended. Will be back. Thank you for everything. We had a very nice time.
