Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. On sent qu’on n’est pas dans un logement destiné uniquement à la location, nous sommes vraiment accueillis chez Agathe et Stelios. Bon emplacement pour visiter le Magne avec à proximité de belles plages. La maison est au calme tout en ayant des petits commerces et des restaurants à proximité immédiate. Et enfin Agathe et Stelios ont été des hôtes très accueillants et agréables. Nous leur souhaitons une très bonne continuation

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man direkt von der Terrasse ins Wasser gehen kann. Es war alles sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es gab genug Handtücher. Gut war auch, das die Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage haben, da es sehr heiß während unseres Aufenthaltes war. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man besonders an den Badezimmern sieht. Eine Verbesserung wären noch ein paar Sonnenliegen, es gibt nur eine.

This rental is managed by Sophia’s son, Jiannis, who does a great job. He is 100% responsive to questions. The house is just as described. It is peaceful among the olive trees with some friendly cat visitors! The house was very clean with comfortable beds. It’s an easy drive into Neapolis. We recommend the “Beach Bar” close by for swimming. Note-if you are unfamiliar with Greece’s electrical & plumbing(like us from the US) don’t miss meeting with Jiannis for a good explanation.

Gorgeous place to stay with amazing views of Kyparissi. Walkable (<5 minutes) to the center of town and the beach. Beds were the most comfortable of our two week trip through Greece. Chris was an excellent host and very communicative with us. Definitely recommend staying here and we hope to be back and stay here again ourselves!

Logement très agréable et bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre animé de Neapoli, mais dans un lieu calme à quelques mètres de la plage. La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Très beau logement, grand, soigné avec une vue magnifique depuis la grande terrasse. Une petite marche à pied et on se retrouve sur la plage, bordée de nombreuses tavernes. Le lieu est très vivant en soirée.

Jedes Zi.Klima,Tv, el.Rolläden,auch Innenrollos ,Fliegengitter-Schiebetüren u. Fenster ! Betten hervorragend, Ausstattung ALLES da und hochwertig ,sogar 'ne Elektrische Saftpresse für frischen Orangensaft. wir waren als 4-Personen-Famile da,jeder war zu jeder Stunde am Haus hochzufrieden ,draußen sitzen/liegen ,Urlaub, Ruhe. NUR 10 min mit Auto zum feinsandigen traumhaften Simos-Strand ,warmes glasklares türkisschimmerndes Wasser und kaum Wellen. Perfekter Badeurlaub+Ruhe finden ,Abends im pool nochmal abkühlen.

La villa è un angolo di paradiso nella meravigliosa e selvaggia Elafonisos. La posizione decentrata, il panorama senza confini, la vista del tramonto e la spiaggia a pochi minuti la rendono un posto magico. La casa in sé stessa è perfetta, con le sue varie stanze e terrazze, per essere vissuta da due famiglie, come nel nostro caso. La taverna a pochi minuti a piedi è ottima. Soggiornare nela villa di Federico è un'esperienza unica per godere di un posto ancora (quasi) incontaminato senza rinunciare ai comfort.

My family and I stayed for 5 days at George's beautiful villa. George went above and beyond with all the little details to make guests comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and the home was cleaned very well. We had a toddler and my elderly grandmother with us and the home was perfect for them. George was very responsive whenever I messaged him and always gave help recommendations for beaches, restaurants and even some helpful tips for the area. We had an amazing stay and would love to visit again. Thanks George !

I think this home is a very good option for visitors to Elafonisos. First of all, we were very happy by the owners who answered any questions we had quickly and dealt with any (small) issues immediately. This is a comfortable house, where 8 people can happily stay with lots of quiet corners and options - there are 4 good sized bedrooms with en suites, and as the bedrooms were spread over 3 levels we found it a good arrangement for us as 2 families. The pool is fairly good sized, clean and pleasant and a very good option particularly for kids. But the biggest bonus is that the home is 6-7 min walk (via the back) from a spectacular and unspoiled beach. There is a quiet and pleasant beach bar there so this is a great option for hours of amazing swimming in the most clear blue water, without the hassle and busy-ness of the more famous Simos (which in any case we found at a similar level in terms of quality of sea to the one nearby). The villa is brand new with all comforts. It is located in a quiet panoramic area at 5 minutes by car from the harbour (in any case the island is very small so every place is reachable in a short time). The swimming pool is cleaned every day. The host was very nice and available to answer to every request/question. In the end, we had a very pleasant 5-days stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable holiday in this wonderful island.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna's place! The house is truly beautiful, and we were in awe of the amazing pool and garden. We appreciated how well-equipped the house was, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area surrounding the property is simply breathtaking. We were treated to wild, panoramic views of mountains and sea from every angle. To top it off, a pristine beach is just a short 7-minute walk down the hill from the home - perfect for daily beach trips! One small note: while most of the house has air conditioning, we discovered that one downstairs room relies on the AC from the living room and a fan for cooling. This setup worked well enough for us, even in August, but future guests might appreciate knowing this detail in advance. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we'd highly recommend this lovely property to others!

Ένα όμορφο μέρος, ήσυχο για χαλάρωση. Έχει τρία επίπεδα με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, μικρή αλλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα, ένα μπαλκόνι για να απλώνεις τα ρούχα μετά το μπάνιο. Τρείς μεγάλες πισίνες και αρκετές παραλίες σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών με μισή ώρα απο το κατάλυμα. Επιπλέον, φορτίσαμε και το αυτοκινητάκι μας με τον ιδιοκτήτη να έχει την καλοσύνη να μας αφήσει να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την οικιακή πρίζα στην είσοδο του σπιτιού με δικιά μας μπαλαντέζα.
