We had a wonderful time at Rosanna's beach house. Rosanna welcomed us warmly and we felt right at home. She gave us tips for activities and was always very accessible. The sea at your doorstep is beautiful and very suitable for small children.

Very nice house with everything you need. Great for families with kids of all ages. The absolute highlight is the large and beautifully designed garden with cozy terrace. Unfortunately, there is not really anything to do in the direct surroundings of the house, but with a car you are quickly in different great places! Without a car, however, it is very difficult to get to the house! This should definitely be taken into account. Best of all: Viviana and Federico! Very very nice and helpful, always quickly accessible and yet discreet. They also provided us with great tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. Thank you!! 🙏☺️

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

We had a lovely stay in Mondello. The accommodation was perfect for getting buses to Palermo, travelling to sites and for places to eat and drink in the evening.

Firstly this place is amazing!! From the personal greeting when you arrive (we arrived at nearly 11pm), fresh salad, fruit, vegetables, local honey, olive oil from the olive trees in the valley…every detail was covered in this little oasis. The villa had everything you needed and was cosy, the pool was amazing for a swim overlooking the the valley. Ute was always warm and friendly on hand for any advice of places to visit. Then there were the pets 2 or 3 cats (one of which called Mrs Sunshine took up residence with us for most of our stay) and the donkey and her donkey / horse cross daughter were a source of amusement during our break I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

We enjoyed our stay in Mondello very much and felt right at home! The location was *excellent* for walking to the beach & nearby restaurants and cafes. Claudio was very responsive and helpful. Grazie mille 🙏🏼

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

We were very warmly welcomed by Sergio and Stefania. Accommodation is nice, rich in history and borrowed from the spirit of Palermo. Sergio's attentions on arrival: aperitif, tour of the apartment and lots of great advice. Grazie per tutti! The location allows you to visit Palermo's central neighborhoods very easily. We had a great time and would be very happy to come back. 110% recommended location.

Highly recommend staying here! We stayed for a week and it was a great base to enjoy Palermo from. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is great. I was working during the stay and the WiFi was very reliable. Michele was a great host and we would stay here if we were in Palermo again.

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

Alessandro was a great host. Always very responsive and even came late one evening when we had trouble with the lock. A very spacious flat. It was the only one on the floor so had lots of balconies, windows and light. It is within walking distance of all the sights in Palermo and lots of great restaurants. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The apartment is located in the best Palermo’s area, everything reachable by foot and amazing bars and restaurants few minutes walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people, everything you need is inside and it is super cozy and beautiful. On top of it, Enrico is a very helpful and kind host. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Lilli's house was just perfect....Lilli organized everything well...Directions... reception by Giovanni ....small provisions....communication also great with her....responds immediately....the house is a small gem and the garden with the many exotic trees, the view of the mountains, the great pool, the tranquility, just wonderful. Giovanni is the good soul of the estate and always has a tip in stock...the surroundings are great, especially we liked the ornate Parrini. Thanks Lilli for the super hospitality! We had a wonderful time, and loved your pool. Hope to come back sometime....

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four. We found the photos don't do the apartment justice. It was more stunning than expected and in a great location to see Palermo. Luigi was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Dell’Albero! The villa itself is beautiful, with a fantastic pool and stunning mountain views. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 baby. The location is ideal, with both Castellammare del Golfo and Alcamo just a short drive away—both towns are full of charm and have plenty to explore. Fabrizio, our host, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—he even prepared the villa with a high chair, baby bath tub, and other essentials for our little one. Knowing we’d be checking in late, he stocked the fridge with groceries, which was such a kind and helpful gesture. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Giacoma & Carlo were both helpful and communicative. We were welcomed in person and were pleased with the basketful of essentials that had been left for us. We were all sad to have to leave after an all-too-short week at their lovely villa!

We traveled with our 3 very young kids (ages 3, 2, and 3 months) and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. And the surroundings were BEAUTIFUL. The house was the perfect distance from the Alcamo town, and ideally located for all of our day trips. Thank you!!

The outside area is really gigantic: the view, the pool, the kitchen, the lounge - we felt comfortable all around. The opportunity to walk down to the sea was also great. Inside, the space needs a few minor updates (e.g., Wardrobe or hooks to hang towels and clothes and a few cosmetic corrections on the walls), but Marco told us at check-out that these things should now be optimized over the winter:)

Amazing! Magical! You should stay here :) Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in the world including fancy hotels. The house is located on a nature reserve, which meant it was quiet and beautiful with truly spectacular views. The sound of the ocean, the fragrant smells of the garden, the relaxing patio overlooking the cliffs and the water - it just seemed unreal. Our friends said it was like being in a movie. The house was very comfortable and relaxed but also well done - modern kitchen, bathrooms and doors. Easily space for 8 people. Caterina was a fantastic host - very easy to communicate with and had a whole array of goodies for us when we entered including fresh fruit, cookies, bread, jam, tea, coffee, milk etc. The town nearby was walkable and we ate at a great pizzeria close by. The nature preserve, tide pools, everything - just phenomenal. I can’t recommend highly enough - and I can’t wait to go back!

The views from the villa were absolutely stunning. We felt right at home and enjoyed making dinner and sitting outside on the patio. Pietro was so welcoming and even drove us to the grocery store so we could stock up on essentials. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Palermo to stay here. Private, comfortable, and beautiful. If you are able to rent a car, that is recommended. Note, an international driving permit (IDP) is required and needs to be obtained prior to renting a car.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Patrizia’s home. Very kid friendly. Everything was as described and the view was beautiful. She was very responsive when we had any questions, and cooked us a delicious pasta dinner on the first day!
